Annie.. apologies, I've added you on now :o

Meg.. I can't remember who posted about fixing the smilies but it was a way back in the thread.. was it tweets?? Do you think it might be the same thing stopping you from changing your font? I can't remember how to fix it sorry :( anyone remember?

Maman - the jalfrezi was ok. i'm not a curry lover so I wouldn't be able to compare it to anything unfortunately. I'd eat it again...

Took a photo of it so you could see, sorry it's a bit blurry but it was tiny so I had to enlarge it.

I followed the SW magazine recipe, except I added garam masala and left out the ginger and tinned tomatoes (we don't like them) I just added some extra water instead and 2 tbsp. natural yogurt towards the end.

It was a bit spicy, maybe I added a bit too much chilli powder  I go by eye rather than use actual spoons!!:rotfl:

    Yes it was me :)

I posted this and wonder about views from peeps on here. Was I in the wrong?

I think a quick email to customer services or someone higher up would be in order explaining how you are a regular customer and you don't expect to be treated in such a manner.

If there are members of staff putting customers off going back to shop then the management should know about it, otherwise they'll be losing sales.

Regardless of whether you were right or wrong, and I don't think you were wrong by the way if you'd bought over 10 items, then they should have let you have the £1.10 out of courtesy as the cashier had tried to overcharge you. Call it compensation for your time trying to get your own cash back...

Will we be having a new thread for slinky santa ? :santa2:

I wasn't going to start a new one as the two challenges overlap and I thought it might get a bit confusing.. happy to start one on Monday though if everyone wants me too...
