Maman - the jalfrezi was ok. i'm not a curry lover so I wouldn't be able to compare it to anything unfortunately. I'd eat it again...

Took a photo of it so you could see, sorry it's a bit blurry but it was tiny so I had to enlarge it.


I followed the SW magazine recipe, except I added garam masala and left out the ginger and tinned tomatoes (we don't like them) I just added some extra water instead and 2 tbsp. natural yogurt towards the end.

It was a bit spicy, maybe I added a bit too much chilli powder :eek: I go by eye rather than use actual spoons!!:rotfl:

Click on Edit Options
Scroll down to Miscellaneous Options
Scroll down to Message Editor Interface
in box change to either Basic Editor or Standard Editor
Scroll to bottom of page and Save Changes

I think a quick email to customer services or someone higher up would be in order explaining how you are a regular customer and you don't expect to be treated in such a manner.

Regardless of whether you were right or wrong, and I don't think you were wrong by the way if you'd bought over 10 items, then they should have let you have the £1.10 out of courtesy as the cashier had tried to overcharge you. Call it compensation for your time trying to get your own cash back...

Thank you Tweets my smilies were OK it was the size and colour that wouldn't work. I had to go on the enhanced setting to fi it.
