Hi meg.:) The same thing happened to me in that I went below my target on the day I reached it IYSWIM. Since then it's my actual target that's been used as the benchmark. So in your case 10 stone. So you're right. You could go up to 10st 3 or down to 9 st 11. If you stray outside you have a week to get back in the range or you have to pay. I think you can reset your target lower if you want to but it would have to be at least 9st 7 and you'd have to pay again until you got there. Maybe someone can confirm but that's what's happened to me.

Do let me know how the jalfrezi works out shala. I'm on the look out for a good Indian style curry recipe.

We're off to football later. I doubt we'll win 8-0 again this week but we live in hope!:D

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: not hungry so probably just graze on some ham and fruit
D: SW burger & chips, peas, onions, tomatoes
Syns: squirt of syrup, HP sauce, weekend wine:j

Thanks Maman its not that I would mind resetting and 9.7lb would be lovely its just that I never dreamed I would do it, I am going to see if I can maintain so as to save the fee until after Christmas, then I think I will reset as I really want to tackle not smoking in the new year and I just know I will put on weight then.

    Hope your team wins.

Shala - checking in with a -1.25lb to end the autumn challange! Happy enough with how I've done! Can you put me down for -6lb for the Christmas challenge please :D Thanks so much for doing the chart :)

Wow, over 12 stone lost between everyone during this challenge - that's impressive :T:T

I've decided to change my weigh in day from Sunday to Saturday (starting from today, I weighed this morning instead of tomorrow).

Hope everyone is keeping well. Hugs to everyone who could do with one!

I hope everyone is having a lovely day. I enjoyed my trip into town - didn't end up buying any clothes which I suppose was a good thing.

I posted this and wonder about views from peeps on here. Was I in the wrong?

I am looking forward to a relaxing evening with may be a glass of wine. I am having chinese for tea so noodles from m&$ which last time I looked were free, teriyaki beef (plus a sauce) which won't be free, stir fry veg and a breaded chicken piece which I will have to syn too. Forgot the prawn crackers. Oh well. have an enjoyable evening all xxx

oh before I go - does anyone use molton brown? it was one of the deals of the week in b00ts today. was a bit tempted but was still very expensive.

Annie.. apologies, I've added you on now :o

Meg.. I can't remember who posted about fixing the smilies but it was a way back in the thread.. was it tweets?? Do you think it might be the same thing stopping you from changing your font? I can't remember how to fix it sorry :( anyone remember?

Maman - the jalfrezi was ok. i'm not a curry lover so I wouldn't be able to compare it to anything unfortunately. I'd eat it again...

Took a photo of it so you could see, sorry it's a bit blurry but it was tiny so I had to enlarge it.

I followed the SW magazine recipe, except I added garam masala and left out the ginger and tinned tomatoes (we don't like them) I just added some extra water instead and 2 tbsp. natural yogurt towards the end.

It was a bit spicy, maybe I added a bit too much chilli powder  I go by eye rather than use actual spoons!!:rotfl:
