    Morning!

Shala, I'll go for -10lb for the new challenge please and sts for this week

Got a blood pressure monitor home for a week again, not looking too good, looks like I might need to go on meds.

Well done on all the losers who made their target:T

I've struggled this week. DD asked for homemade soup with homemade bread, needless to say, a considerable amount of bread has been consumed, that is where I struggle with SW.

    Anyway, new challenge, new start.

Homemade pizza is on the menu tonight, got to think of a good base I could use for mine. I've tried the war burton thins, don't fancy the smash base idea. I think I'll just weigh out a portion of the dough and syn it. Everything else can be free or HE. What do you think?

    Have a good day

Mumoftwo, could you make wholemeal bread for yourself and weigh out 60g for your healthy extra B?? Then you wouldn't feel like you were missing out.. I'm a bread fiend so I understand your struggle:(

Also they had pizza in the SW cook book I was looking at the other day - Fakeaway one? - so you can have it, albeit a smaller portion than usual :( maybe someone who has the book could share the recipe?? There was also a facebook page I was looking at that did pizza omelette instead of the dough..

My menu for today - green
    b - not sure but it'll use a heb
L - ravioli, bit of cheese (0.5 hea)
T - chicken jalfrezi(HEB), rice, syn free onion bhajis and pakoras
    S - crisps(6) mango chutney (3) Apple, milk (0.5 HEA)

We agonised over our meals last night trying to decide what SF's go with jalfrezi to make it an EE day but in the end decided to go for Green as we weren't eating any meat through the day.. It'll be a cross between the one from the magazine and the Hairy Bikers version so still quite a bit of SF in it :T
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

This is a very old recipe for pizza that used to be free but isn't on the list now due to Asda using a tiny bit less fibre than they used to. I still use it though, I tweek it a bit by toasting the pitta bread first and splitting it into two then popping it under the grill, double portion then, its very filling with sw chips and baked beans.

Is it safe to come in? I do like a good discussion but it always ends up getting personal so hopefully this one is finished before it got out of hand.
Now where were we - last WI for challenge -.4lb thank you Shala for the chart you are such a star keeping us all in check. I could give you a big (virtual) kiss :rotfl:.
    STS FOR NEW CHALLENGE PLEASE

A big well done to those that made their targets and huge hugs for those that didn't :A. Keep plodding you will get there :A.
Like Inazuma said it's a marathon (not a snickers :p) not a sprint and we are all long distance runners (walkers and crawlers) and our targets are always in sight, just some are closer than others. So keep the faith all :A:A:A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
    Keep the Faith All

Thanks Meg and Shala, using a whole meal pitta bread is an option as is making whole meal dough. I was just thinking, what I really like about pizza is the toppings with cheese, so going to try to fill a small oval Pyrex dish I have with ham lining, pizza sauce, peppers, onion rings, cooked chicken, mushrooms, sweet corn, and mozzarella and cook that, see how that works out. Make wedges with it. Watch this space....

Been reading through the booklet given for advice on maintaining but have a question, My target was 10stone but my lucky 3lb loss brought me under by 1.1/2lbs, my consultant told me I can go 3lb either way of my target so does that mean I can put on 4.1/2lbs but cant lose more than 1.1/2 confused, not that a loss is likely I am off to York for a couple of days in the morning so will be eating out.

Hi meg.:) The same thing happened to me in that I went below my target on the day I reached it IYSWIM. Since then it's my actual target that's been used as the benchmark. So in your case 10 stone. So you're right. You could go up to 10st 3 or down to 9 st 11. If you stray outside you have a week to get back in the range or you have to pay. I think you can reset your target lower if you want to but it would have to be at least 9st 7 and you'd have to pay again until you got there. Maybe someone can confirm but that's what's happened to me.

Do let me know how the jalfrezi works out shala. I'm on the look out for a good Indian style curry recipe.

We're off to football later. I doubt we'll win 8-0 again this week but we live in hope!:D

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: not hungry so probably just graze on some ham and fruit
D: SW burger & chips, peas, onions, tomatoes
Syns: squirt of syrup, HP sauce, weekend wine:j
