  • 2lb off for me this week and please put me down for 7lb in the slinky for Santa challenge. Thank you x
Really pleased with my loss this week I have had a fabulous loss for me so I am hoping I can keep it up now.
I couldn't stay to group today as I have carpet fitters here but am sat doing a menu plan and shopping list so that I'm prepared.
Next Wednesday afternoon we are going down to London for a few days so I expect I'll be eating out a bit but hoping all the walking will off set it a bit.
    Have a good day.
  • Well done Meg, I'm so pleased for you!!!!!
  • back from Sainsbury sale, popping in to update over a much needed cuppa.
Shala -1lb this week please, and for the Slinky Santa please put me down for -8lb as a target this time maybe i'll hit it lol.

The upside of waking at silly o'clock is that you get time to sort out your breakfast and lunch FE. Hope you don't get sidetracked into a 'bad' dinner later.

If I were you'd I'd go to the Christmas lunch crabapple and get fabbed up for it. It'll do you good. Are there any other groups round you that you could go to that week? In the morning? Evening before?

I've had a few party invitations for Christmas already, certainly enough to warrant buying a new dress.;) There is one in this month's SW magazine that I fancy from M&S but it's not on line yet. May be horrible when I see it for real but I'm on the case. If not that one then another one.

    My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: LO chicken(less) casserole with cabbage
D: SW chilli con carne with rice
Syns: none planned maybe a bit of cheese on the chilli but should manage in HEA
I'll add some extra mushrooms to the chilli although it has a fair few SFs in already

beg sorry to hear about the gain, understandable when you have been poorly though. Hopefully you will loose it and some of its pals next week.

Shala - Question time I'm afraid - I'm due to wi on Monday night - will this be counted in old challenge or the Slinky for Santa Challenge? Not too bothered either way as I have already hit target for old one but just wondered before I set target for new challenge. :D Thanks for our amazing chart :T

Had a really hectic morning so just chillin a bit now. DH had an omlettey type thing for me when I got in at lunch and had melon and a cuppa for afters. Confined to lounge as workmen seem to be popping up here and there so might just have afternoon on sofa with stitching. ;)
