I've heard that the diet is changing at Christmas and New Year, making it simpler and ditching the superfree foods and adding more syns to takeaways.
diet!!! Wash your mouth out, it's a weight loss programme!:D
That's a great loss jock. What did you win this week?;)
I'll be interested to hear about any changes. I really can't see how they can do away with SFs. I think the take away changes come about because of the sauce mix that restaurants use nationwide.CountingPennies wrote: »I have some thick grained WW bread in my freezer. Anyone know how many up-to-date syns in please? Don't have the packet for it as as I froze it in sets of 2 as only I eat it. I'm assuming it can't be used as a HEb as there won't be enough fibre content in it.

It's 4 for a slice. Strangely there doesn't seem to be any WW bread on the HEB list, just some rolls. I suppose the wholemeal is OK but Brown Danish seems to have disappeared from the list. I used to eat that when you could have 3 slices for a HEB.
Your menu sounds well sorted for today FE.:T I love egg and chips but DH doesn't eat eggs so it'll have to be a lunchtime thing or when he's out. I can't be faffing about making more than one dish at a time.
Good plans for some batch cooking lush but a shame you can't get to the Ikea thing.
Good to see you back posting mich.
My EE plan for today:
B: NA Ribena, HEB Shreddies, HEA milk
L: LO casserole with cabbagesausage, mash, onions, carrots, cabbage, peas
Syns: gravy, sausages 20 -

I Did it 3lb off bringing me a lb below target, got my shiney got a target badge, a book and my life long certificate, so I`ll be a fiver better off Wow.
The last time I was this weight was on my wedding day 52 years ago. Really wanted to post my loss in Red and Big but its not working for me.
this is why I keep coming to this thread - for the people who are not on the magazine pictures, but real people who get on and KEEP PLODDING and get amazing resuls!
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!CountingPennies wrote: »Shala, Slinky goal is gonna be to get my 10% off. So I'm gonna be REALLY optimistic and aim for a MASSIVE 18.5LB!!!
Yep..... I know I'm crazy.
Wish me luck..... I think i'm gonna need it!!:eek::eek:

No, you are not crazy, and you do not need luck, just keep to the plan!!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!
Shala, can you put me down for 12lb, please? I will have a week off on holiday, and my challenge ends a week early, most likely, as we are going to my family for Christmas, but I will try my best!jockosjungle wrote: »3.5lbs off for me and another SOTW!
Well done!!!!!
Well done to all the others!
I had yesterday off the plan, as we had company celebration and a bufet (I did pass on the sweets, just had a bowl of fruit). And I did have two tiny slices of cake today, and some more salads from yesterday's bufet. And I will have more cake tonight - no compromise on that! But I promise to get back on track by Saturday, and be good. I don't expect loss this week, would be glad to maintain what I did so far.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
I won some fruit, couple of Pasta mug shots and some Quark, which was a shame as I'd took the Quark because it was gross. Someone else took it off me though
Apparently Superfree is changing because people get confused with super(whatever it is to get the things that will help you lose weight).
Our person wouldn't tell us all the details but gave snippets, much simpler was the main bullet point and that syns on takeaways are going up massively0 -
I'm not there next week so someone else will win the SOTW, I might go and get myself weighted on holiday on the Isle of Bute though0

Quark is lovely! You can mix it with some herbs and use as a dip, or with some fat free yogurt, a bit of sweetener and fresh fruits or berries (raspberries, strawberries and blueberries are my favourite for this) and it is a free desert! Or mix some with whisked eggs, some veg in and put in the oven - a quiche!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0

So, my usual attack to the colds used to be hot water with lemon and honey - what is the slimming world alternative, as honey will soon blow all my syns! (And please do not suggest ginger - I hate the taste of fresh ginger!)Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0

we've just been updated about the state of affairs for our employer; in a week I may know if I need to look for another job or nothope not I like my job! trying not to be tempted by treats on my walk shortly...

Shala - can I join the Slinky challenge even if I don't post my weight loss every week? I have a mind like a sieve for things like this and don't get on mse daily. If so can I go for 12lbs please. Thanks
Lost 1.5lbs this week. I am most definitly taking the slow and steady route, but it's coming off so that's all that matters.
