Oh minihauk, thank you for finding my lost lbs. I'll be very grateful if you can find some more for me ;)

    Well done, Matron and swiper.

    Hello, Muddleme!

I've behaved pretty well today. :A

    Breakfast: bacon on hexb roll
Lunch: scrambled egg with smoked salmon on 1 slice wholemeal toast (3 syns), banana
Snacks: 2 choc digs (8 syns)
Dinner: SW lamb rogan josh, boiled rice, blueberry semifreddo
So that leaves hexa again and 4 syn, so it'll be cheese and grapes for supper again - and maybe I'll splash out and have 2 crackers as well!

Hope you all have a good evening and a great day tomorrow,

Welcome Muddleme, hope you find the thread useful, everyone here is very supportive. I'm going to sit the Slinky Santa challenge out, I am struggling right now - the only SW I'm doing is reading this. I seem to be in a hole; I plan my healthy menus and I eat what I've planned, only problem is I also graze from fridge. I eat when I'm miserable and I eat when I'm happy. I just can't resist a little bit of chocolate when I get home, then it's like WHOAH!! Manic sweet eating demon arrives, and before I know it I feel sick and hate myself. Wake up next morning, Groundhog Day. Sorry, just needed to explain.

Lush I hope you've untied your BF by now, think its gonna be messy otherwise :rotfl:
    hehehehe

Today has been so so; I did manage to get out of the office and walk to the little Asda and back and resist buying myself a treat!

    The rest of the day:
breakfast: heb cereal with half hea ss milk
lunch: cous cous (2) with gammon, cauliflower and carrot
snack: chocolate snack a jack - 3syn? chocolate from a tin of roses 2.5 syn
tea: wasn't massively hungry - chicken and some mini corn on the cob

    tomorrow:
Breakfast: heb cereal with half hea ss milk
lunch: low fat super noodles, chicken and herb (free still i hope!)
tea: not got a clue, we don't really have anything SW friendly in. either half a cheese and tomato pizza or a cheese burger (chips for bf something else for me, veg of some sort). 3 for the burger, cheese would come from hea; Can anyone tell me the syn value for warburtons half & half sliced rolls?

wonder if i can afford the syns for a small glass of rose wine :/
