Well, went to the dreaded post holiday weigh-in..... 1.5lb on
Actually, considering the amount of alcohol I drank, and the amount of food I ate it wasn't as bad as I expected. Ate LOADS today, but I'm now feeling positive about getting back on the wagon tomorrow!
Anyway.... Shala, Slinky goal is gonna be to get my 10% off. So I'm gonna be REALLY optimistic and aim for a MASSIVE 18.5LB!!!
Yep..... I know I'm crazy. However I find if I aim high then I work harder. It will not purely be diet. I'm gonna try and fit in exercise everyday. Even if it is just 30 minutes a day.
Wish me luck..... I think i'm gonna need it!!:eek::eek:

Good Luck CP.;)
Well done for keeping in touch Inazuma. I find it easier if I try not to buy in 'bad' foods. Although my DH went to Lidl for his favourite muesli today and came home with a Stollen.
Greentiger, it could be that you didn't write them down but, your menu looks a bit low on SFs. I can only see a banana.
lush, the Warburton's rolls are 7 syns for one 55g roll.:(
I'm not going to WI tomorrow. I don't go every week and I reckon if I stay on plan until next week, my off plan meals out last week will be a thing of the past.;)0 -
thanks maman, that's not as bad as I was expecting; it would make it 10syns for my cheese burger which, whilst not ideal, isn't so bd as my syns for the day.
Bf will be getting himself sorted as he will be starving after today's training session so I may even just have pasta with cheese from my hea and a ton of veggies mixed through.
I'm having a days annual leave tomorrow as I was supposed to be going to a mums and babies meet at IKEA but i'm not sure if we'll be able to go now because of a few other bits that have cropped up at home:/ If i don't I'm going to make a batch of veggie loaded free chilli (got some super lean mince in the freezer to use up) and catch up on jobs. And I'm definitely going to run in to town and weigh myself.
another trip to the post office today on my lunch to get some proofs of postage so thats a bit of a walk with an armful of packages************************************

WI for me this morning. Have had less syns than usual so hoping for a small loss but not holding my breath - just hoping I've actually had enough to eat this week as don't seem to be eating as much as usual.
Having an EE day today:
B - banana after WI
L - LO sweet chilli noodles: will add more salady bits and more seafood sticks to stretch it a bit as DH took over half of what was left!
D - a sort of beef cobbler, using extra lean mince and making SW cheese scones from cottage cheese & instant mash - no idea what they'll taste like but worth a go. Not sure what DH will think having told him I'm making a cobbler he'll be expecting suet scones on top, LOL! Just hope it works.
HEA - milk
HEB - 4 Ryvita
Syns - butter 5.5; not sure what else yet
Back later with result of WI.

3.5lbs off for me and another SOTW!
I've heard that the diet is changing at Christmas and New Year, making it simpler and ditching the superfree foods and adding more syns to takeaways.0 -
My weekly planning calendar arrived yesterday as did a surprise gift from a friend.
I was a bit miffed that @mazon sent the calendar by courier but I left a nice note and the courier left it as requested rather than run away with it again (wasn't sure if I could re-arrange delivery to another address) and I was well impatient to get my grubby paws on it.
My menu yesterday probably ended up being extra easy as my evening plans changed and also my beef dish needed using up so I didn't have my SW chips, ham and eggs.
Today I think I'm going to have green. so 1x toast (HEB) and marmalade for b.fast. Lunch. jacket, cheese, ham (other HEB) and salad and tea I think SW chips and eggs. Snacks carrot sticks and grapes/herbal tea and a small packet of mini milky way stars for a chocolate fix.
Have a good day all xx0 -

Awh I hope not - I hate it when they reinvent things every so often!!! Our takeaways have already changed a chow mein more than doubled.
Feeling yuck today, proper yuck. Pmtand I had a little cry last night about my dog who is dead a year - feeling drained and not very social today
Maman - There is a chicken curry in the Chinese with my name on it tonight. I deserve it and its been a while!!
Looking forward to finding out what my target will be for the challenge tonight thought. Prob a sts or small gain for me tonight but not worried : )0 -
Todays menu.....
Breakfast: Cheese (hea) omelette
Lunch: Jacket potato with beans
Dinner: Ham, egg and sw chips (Thanks to FlatEric for making me crave this now!)
HEA: Cheese
HEB: Hi-Fi bar
SNACKS: Various fruits
SYNS: Not sure yet. Possibly some bread and spread with my SW chips.
I have some thick grained WW bread in my freezer. Anyone know how many up-to-date syns in please? Don't have the packet for it as as I froze it in sets of 2 as only I eat it. I'm assuming it can't be used as a HEb as there won't be enough fibre content in it.

Hi everyone :hello:
Been an age since I posted on here, just been having a catch up!
It's just passed 2 years since I joined SW.. Lost 3 stone quickly and got my 3 1/2 st award in Dec last year.. Since then I've been up and down like a yo-yo.. My fault entirely.. Head in the wrong place.. Bad habits, complacency snuck in.. Holidays.. Etc etc.. I still have 3st 2lb off so glad I kept going to group as know I would have piled loads back on if not..
After a bad couple of days eating junk I gave myself a virtual butt kicking, the next day on my way to work I felt positive and ready for change.. Had a good couple of weeks then a planned holiday came up, was worried that would have me playing catch up again but came back last week to a maintain.. Was delighted as ate some naughty things but kept it in check and did loads of body magic..
Any way to cut the waffle.. Have 15lbs to get to the target I've set.. Bought a 12 week countdown last week and have been on plan since, not paying that amount to faff anymore!.. Looking forward to WI later.. for a change
I've been following SW folk on Instagram and know what a great group of people are on here so feeling inspired to start going in the right direction!0
