Morning everyone. New week until next WI, will be good this week :D Going to have a good look at the superfrees and try and work a lot of those in to my dinners this week. I'll be cooking at some point today for the next couple of nights but not sure what as yet. Planning is still not my strong point!

My first (and quite possibly only) Christmas temptation has arrived - invite to the work Christmas party. Menu sounds lovely. It's also eating from 2pm on my last WI before Christmas. Not sure whether going would be practical cos of the baby, but as I haven't been at work most of the past year it might be worth going to see people before I go back!

Well done to the losers and virtual hugs to anyone who needs them. Congratulations to Meg for reaching target and B_e_g for SOTW in the challenge.

    Having a Green Day today:

B - Porridge made with water, Mullerlight Vanilla, banana - HEB1
L - Sweet chilli noodles with prawns & seafood sticks
    D - Egg, bubble & squeak & beans
    S - 4 Ryvita with butter & cheese?

HEA 1 - SS milk in tea throughout the day
HEA 2 - may have some cheese with Ryvita this evening for supper
    HEB 1 - porridge
    HEB 2 - 4 Ryvita

Have made a big bowl of sweet chilli noodles with prawns & seafood sticks - 10 syns for the whole lot (at least 4-5 portions) so synning at 2.5 syns per portion.

Butter on Ryvitas - 1 Tbs 5.5 syns

May also have a fruit split lolly for 3 syns so total for day 8 syns or 11 if I have the lolly as well.

Maman there were three slices chopped up in the soup so I thought I would have to count that. So, if I had weighed it I could count it as a HEX B
And had a green day. Thanks

Wiz - I've just weighed 3 slices of bacon and they weighed 48g, although smaller than usual slices, so I would have thought 3 slices of bacon would probably work out at about an HEB on a Green day. I would probably call it a Green day - if your bacon was thick slices maybe add a couple of syns to be on the safe side.

Means you could have some extra milk (perhaps use to make a rice pudding!).

Thanks for keeping our chart, Shala. I'm pleased to report that I LOST 2lbs! It's still a challenge fail however, so I must do better in slinky for Santa. I'll go for an 8lb target again, please

Greentiger - I found your 2lbs, so Shala a +2lbs for me please this week.
I seem to have lost my mojo - can anyone help me find it please?

I'll try for 7lbs for Slinky Santa challenge.

Shala - thank you for all your work keeping track of us all.

Sorry, seem to have big text!

    Morning all :)

    WELL DONE MEG:T

Tummy seems to be settling down but I'm extremely tired. Went to bed at 8.30 last night

On the plus side I weighed myself early this week as I'll be away from Friday morning and its a 1lb loss SHALA It sounds so much better to say I've lost 2lb of the 4lb target I'd set for the last challenge :p

    EE Menu:

B: GF cereal & BD milk. Tea with milk.
L: Butternut squash stew with rice. Gingerbread coffee & milk.
T: Chicken & pasta bake (5 for cheese), broccoli & sweetcorn. Tea with milk. Apple meringue (I treated myself to this week's SW mag)(1.5syns as not using icing sugar)

    S: 2 x LF chocolate (2 syns).

Going to attempt Housegroup tonight but not staying for the food afterwards as I think I'll be too tired by that time.
    Weight loss 0/2st
    Inch loss = 0"

    Slow & Steady 3
