Only 6.5lbs to my first target then I'll stick for a while and see if I need to lower it further. I think I should really aim for another stone off at least but think I'd be very scrawny at that weight for my age! Anyone any tips for saggy skin?
I have found that as we get older our skin is not so elastic as it was, I am 70 next year, but I have found if I keep skin oiled it is not so saggy, I use Argon oil but to be honest I feel its more important to do regular pampering and that dosent need expensive oil, Also found that drinking water instead of coffee has helped a bit.
But the real bonus of losing weight for me is that my arthritis has calmed down and most days are pain free, so am more than happy to have a bit of saggy skin in exchange.Slimming World at target0 -
