I somehow forgot to have breakfast this morning before I went out shopping! So have an HEB to use.
Have had 1 Ryvita with my soup at lunchtime so will have the other 3 this evening with a scrape of butter, which will help use some syns up as have far more than usual this week having drunk spirits rather than wine over the weekend!

Update - have lost 1.5lbs at weigh in today. That makes 2st 10lbs since I joined on 22nd April! I'd love to get 3st award next week but think that's highly unlikely!!!
Only 6.5lbs to my first target then I'll stick for a while and see if I need to lower it further. I think I should really aim for another stone off at least but think I'd be very scrawny at that weight for my age! Anyone any tips for saggy skin?July 16 £95/£200
Nov 16 £0/£200

Congrats on the losses :T and very good luck to Meg for your WI
I've got WI tonight, not had a great week and may have a gain. So why do I want to eat ALL THE THINGS today?
I did that health quiz. Aside from my weight I really need to move more - it highlighted lack of exercise as my big issue! I don't think it fully allows for my lack of sleep being down to being woken regularly by a baby though, I'd happily sleep through the night if he knew how to do it :rotfl::heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

Well done on the losses!I did that health quiz. Aside from my weight I really need to move more - it highlighted lack of exercise as my big issue! Same here - would love a night of sleep with no wake ups! My son regularly seems to cry out at around 3am in the morning, and then wakes by about 6-6.30am. Apart from this morning, when it was 5am! My daughter on the other hand, would happily sleep from 7pm to 9am, if she could. unlucky for her, she gets woken up just after 7am most mornings to go to the nursery...
The exercise was top problem for me - I keep going around the house, but it is not the proper exercise. In the days I work, I hardly have any time to myself and once kids gone to sleep, Iam crashing too, usually. On the days off there is so much housework to get through, even though we do have a cleaner coming once a week, that I am in constant struggle with it and the house always looks a mess. Of course, it doesn't help that OH basically does nothing on the days I am at work...Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
I grew up in metric country and even living in the UK for over 10 years still find it hard to talk in stones and pounds!)
But I think 2+ pounds lost sounds so much better than a kilo!:)
I'm sure you'll get yourself sorted at home soon but focus for now on something you can control...the weightloss. Then sorting out your DH can come later!!!lushlifesaver wrote: »tea: I've decided on chicken topped with extra lean bacon and some cheese (second 1/2 HeA) with mash and veggies for me (chips for bf) probably no dessert
Just out of sheer nosiness, do you ever have SW chips/wedges?just_the_two_of_us wrote: »Update - have lost 1.5lbs at weigh in today. That makes 2st 10lbs since I joined on 22nd April! I'd love to get 3st award next week but think that's highly unlikely!!!

:T on the loss today! If I were you I'd focus on getting to target and then maintain up to Christmas. Come January (when you've got rid of any Christmas gains:D) you can set it lower if you want to. I too have a worry about looking scrawny especially on my neck, upper arms and possibly inner thighs if I go any lower. See how you feel at target. 3 stone in 6 months is fantastic! Up the SFs and you might get there next week.
Really enjoyed the remains of the corned beef hash at lunchtime. I think a large tin at about 7 syns (I'm counting it as lean as mine was amazingly so) is brilliant.0 -
I've tried them maman but I can't quite get the hang of doing them well or quickly; I find they take an age to cook so tend to do them when bf is away and I don't mind waiting a while
I'm not a massive chip fan so don't mind not having them
just working on some healthy snacks for me and bf for when I go shopping on Fridayhe's requested some special K mini breaks which are on offer and I'll just sub them in for his usual crisps
Think I will start using my popcorn maker more as it's 5syns or so for 25g, I think? or am I misinformed? but mine is an air popper so no fats or anything
I do plan on buying plenty of fresh fruit and prepping a load every Sunday to keep in the fridge for us all to munch on though************************************

Exercise whilst you are loosing weight. Even if it just walking. It definitely helps I don't really have any apart from a bit on a butt checks and I will be left with some on my belly if it ever tones up but overall its not too bad and I can live with it. Lots of water as well - keeping your skin hydrated helps retain elasticity.
I reckon its all down to luck, genetics, age, diet and exercise really - I have been lucky - maybe I was just on the verge of getting saggy skin. I do have loads of stretch marks on my belly and round the back but to be honest they've all faded they don't bother me.
Good luck0 -
