Thanks for the welcome back. It feels like I have been off plan for ages but only 2 weeks.
Congratulations to those of you with loses. Looking back there seems to have been some good ones.
I have got the new slimming world mag, which arrived when I was on holiday so I will be retiring to bed with that to read later as I have now got a horrendous cold and was awake half the night. Managed to go to work but it was a bit hit and miss whether I would make it first thing this morning.
Menu today has been
breakfast - 2 x alpen bars (HEB) (didn't feel like breakfast this morning so had these mid morning) DG coffee (2.5 syns)
Lunch: homemade slimming world Indian chicken and lentil soup (totally delicious and so filling), ML yoghurt
dinner: sausage casserole (3 x BGTY sausages 1.5 syns, mushrooms, carrots, onions and gravy 2syns) and served with potatoes and cabbage.
I have 9 syns left for today so will have some ryvita with some HEA philly later.
drinks: water, green tea and chicken bovril (yummy when feeling yuk)0 -
My worry is that if you have perfectly normal fluctuation across the week and seem to have gained it will depress you.:)
I know the weight changes every day, it is ok. I have been this huge size for a while, that even 100grams feels like a victory to me!
So, dinner in the end was ravioli with sauce of pasata mixed with a bit red pesto (OH just slaped pesto in without asking me...). I am sure it had some syns, but as I had no other syns today (so far...), it should be within the allowance. I have resisted the biscuits kids and OH were having when we went for a walk in town.
Right, be good tonight and WI in the morning!!!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
I class as free the super speed/dyno rod soup.
I blend it as does just about everyone in my class who makes it.
