countingpennies, don't spoil your weekend by worrying about food. If there are healthy choices available and you like them then be moderate but otherwise we'll keep a seat on the wagon ready for Monday.;)

    Hi guys!!!

I'm back after a FAB weekend away with very good friends!! And I have COMPLETELY blown it. However, I only get the see them 2 times a year MAX so it was worth every second.

Anyway.... Hope that seat is still free on the wagon. Will be back bright and early tomorrow (which unfortunately is also weigh day  )

lunch: pasta with baked beans and cheese (1/2 HEA)
snack: 2 mini daims (5syn) tesco low fat yogurt (3.5syn)
tea: birds eye rice fusions (1.5syn) with baked chicken breast
supper: HEB cereal with milk (1/2 HEA) and an options mint hot choc (2syn)
not a bad start to say we have next to nothing in and pay day isn't until friday!

    Tomorrow:
breakfast: HEB cereal with milk (taken with me to eat at work)
lunch: rosted veg cous cous (2.5 for the whole pack, I'm having half but will still count 2) with gammon, beetroot and cherry tomatoes. 100g low fat natural yogurt
tea: not got a clue yet but will have syns left to play with so will try and tie bf down before I leave for work. perhaps chicken wrapped in bacon (free mash and veggies for me, chips for bf) topped with a little cheese (synned)

will be doing a walk on my lunch tomorrow

Its WI tomorrow for me and I am really hopeful that I have got to target as my scales are showing a 2LB loss. Will be over the moon if I
    really have .

    Everything crossed meg.:)

maisie, I noticed that you'd synned your sausages as a half each. If they're the Sainsbury's BGTY Cumberland ones they're now one syn each but you've got plenty of syns to spare.

That's a good menu if you've not much in lush.

Good look for all with WI tomorrow.

I know the weight changes every day, it is ok. I have been this huge size for a while, that even 100grams feels like a victory to me!

Right, be good tonight and WI in the morning!!!

I have to admit I'm constantly on the scales, weight myself every morning and every evening. I know it fluctuates but to be honest mine doesn't really, its normally the same as the day before or less.

WI tonight. My scales are showing a 3lb weight loss, so I'm hoping that'll translate into the 1.5lb on their scales tonight that I need for my 1st sticker!

I always blend soup, don't see the harm. The fibre is still there but actually better for you as it has been blended (and goes through your system better).

As far as I'm aware it's only blended fruit which is synned; not veg. Seems a bit daft but that's how our consultant says it is.

Good luck Meg and everyone weighing today.

Another EE day for me today:

B - porridge made with water, Mullerlight Banana Custard, banana
L - LO Mexican pepper and lentil soup; 2 Ryvita
    D - 2 faggots; mash & cabbage

    HEA - milk
    HEB - porridge

    Syns: 2 faggots - 6; 2 Ryvita - 3; fruit split lolly - 3 = 12

Glad I am not the only one....

So, WI this morning - and I am pleased to announce 2lb loss!!!!!

I had the raisin wheats for breakfast today with a cup of coffee. I had them one morning over the weekend with milk and felt as if I had eaten nothing for breakfast. This time I had them dry, as biscuits, with my coffee and my kids helped me to finish them off - and I feel like I have eaten loads!!!!! So, I think from now on I will have them them dry, as I like the crunch and the sweet centre.

I made mini fritata in the oven for my lunch (used the mini muffin tray, lined them with bacon, fried up onion, pepper, mushrooms, and filled the cases with these veg and beaten egg).

Dinner will be... maybe HM pizza again, as the kids have been asking for it last night, and I am satrting on my cake baking tonight, so the oven will be on anyway. Plan to make 3 cakes for Thursday - two not SW to take to work, and one, hopefully SW, to eat at home (was thinking about Key lime pie from one of the books - has anyone tried it?)
