Personally I could eat everything today - its the weather and wanting to comfort myself - hey least I know what it is and I will be good
B: 2 X Wholemeal Toast (HE), Cottage Cheese, Tomatoes , Banana
L: HM Veg Soup, Orange, Kiwi, WW Yogurt
Pasta with Bacon, Broccoli, Peppers, & HM Pasta Sauce
Snacks: Rest of soup / Pineapple
CX Works done last night & a bit in the gym. Step aerobics tonight. I look forward to relaxing in a nice warm bath after it!!
I've started in some controversial behaviour!!
I've started photographing my belly! Once a week so I can see if there are any changes etc - I can see some already, lets hope I never lose my phone or someone is in for a shock : )0 -

Right, I just did the questionaire too, and it says my body weight should be...Where you need to be:
Between 20 BMI 54kg (8st 7lb, 119pounds)
& 25 BMI 67kg (10st 8lb,
148pounds)
I am 14st 7lb now. So, I need to lose between 4st and 6st...
I haven't been 54kg since I was at school (I don't remember being that weight!), so I am not even going to go there. I would be more than happy to go down to 65kg, any less is a bonus! (To be honest, if I got down to 70kg, I would be over the moon!)Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -

:Ton your loss ginvzt. Don't worry about your long term target at the moment. I lost 3.5 stone in 10 months by the scenic route so think of your bikini body for next summer. You've made a great start now just look towards your first half stone and take it from there.:)
My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk
L: LO corned beef hash (ignoring syns as counted yesterday)with veg
chicken casserole (carrots, celery, leeks, onions, mushrooms) with cabbage and new potatoes
Syns: tbsp. (shared) cornflour in casserole0 -

If its any motivation I started at 16stone 13  and am now 10.9 - with 10.5 being the lightest I've weighed.
I had originally thought I would get down to 12 stone and that would do me and I could never get below that (as lightest adult weight as an adult before)
So take note it can be done just set yourself small challenges - take each dress size and stone at a time : ) It can be a long road but is very rewarding0 -

I think my goal is somewhere below a 25 BMI, can't see myself getting to the lower end of 20 BMI, think I'll look to get to about 13.5 stone and see how I look.0 -

Thank you for this and pelase keep reminding me that it can be done!!!!!!!!!! Being a numbers geek I do have a whole spreadsheet with small targets, like 89kg by the time we go on holiday, 87kg for christmas, and 70kg by my birthday next year (367 days to go) - it is only abut 60g a day
(ok, 2,5 oz - I grew up in metric country and even living in the UK for over 10 years still find it hard to talk in stones and pounds!) Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
So far so good today

Breakfast: as to plan plus a cuppa (HeB plus 1/2 HeA used)
no snacks!
Lunch: my cous cous (2syn) plus some yummy free veggie dahl-y type stuff a colleague has bought in. I have the recipe and it's syn free but I'll count 2 just in case! (so 4 syn for lunch) plus 100g low fat natural yogurt
tea: I've decided on chicken topped with extra lean bacon and some cheese (second 1/2 HeA) with mash and veggies for me (chips for bf) probably no dessert
off for a walk now up to the main post office
starting as I mean to go on and all that...hopefully the rain doesn't come on again whilst I'm out!
Take care in this crazy weather everyone!************************************
