BIG, BOLD and COLOURFUL if you please :D

Be Slinky for Santa dates 27th October - 21st December making it an 8 week challenge..

Any questions - feel free to ask - someone will answer them usually before me :rotfl::rotfl:

    :j Major Congratulations Meg :j

Welcome Ettenna - the answer is it depends! You can get fat free 0% greek yogurt and that is free. There are other low fat varieties that are a few syns, and some posh ones that are loads of syns. So where and what are you planning on buying/have you got in?

Shala thank you so much for the chart. I'm finishing the challenge on a bang - STS for me please! To be honest I was quite pleased with that after my week ;)

I will join the slinky for santa challenge but need to have a think about my target so I'll let you know later.
