    Morning
    *sits down*
    Reads back
I ran away because my planned oh just a meal from the takeaway treat night turned into oh look it's cheaper to eat a 5 course meal thing in :@ so the mse in us ruled over and we stayed in!
Although tbh I'm having minimal syns during the other days and trying to stick to sw fully - plus 2 good gym sessions this week and now a mass clean of the house. Currently having a drink before attempting an hour burst of toy removal from mini mes room!!
I lost this week and at this point I'm fairly happy.
I had been beating my self up about this year being a wash out with being ill ruining my sw plan BUT I'm like 2 stone lighter than I was on 30th Dec 2013 so 2 stone isn't to be sniffed at really.

It feels like my life suddenly went from very quiet minding my own business to full on in roughly 4 weeks.

However I now need to stop messing around for a couple of weeks have small treat nights and lose a bit more before I meet new mans friends at a party eek!

Off to clear out toys for Father Christmas to fill the space back up

Shala - Lantanna shouts at me in email :'(

I need to cook something for dinner but have no idea what. I tend to make stuff up so will turn the veg in my fridge into something or other. Tempted to try and make some bean & veg burgers somehow, will go have a look for some recipes I can use as a vague guide.

There is a veggie burger recipe on the SW page but I base mine on the Jack Monroe one (https://www.agirlcalledjack.com).

Ended up by not having any breakfast this morning as my sister phoned and I was on the phone for nearly an hour so it was too late by then so just grabbed a banana and have now just eaten my toasted cheese sandwich for lunch.

Also done quite a bit of BM with cleaning and hoovering:rotfl:. Seems it's the only BM I do, apart from when we get away at weekends and holidays when we do loads of walking. Don't know why we don't do loads of walking at home really, after all we only live a couple of hundreds yards from the beach!

3 lbs to target for me!

Yes we know I've yapped about this now many's a time but I guess you have to play about and see how you feel etc.

I'm happy in this range and the body seems to like it here.

I wanted to get my 7 stone cert and into the 9's but my bodys seems to like the middle 10's.

The BMI is healthy - tick box

Everything is slim - tick box

Body fat measurement has me in good category - tick box

I feel good & look good - tick box

So whats missing??? A smooth flat belly but I don't think half a stones going to get me that. Even when I wasn't overweight as a child I still had a little belly. Think its just my shape and I will just focus on the exercise to do with it what I can.

I am happy - happier than I have been in a while and I'm not going to go on trying to get to a weight I maybe never will be just because I like the sound of the number!!!!

Its the mind needs sorting - I keep thinking I'm fat and half to look at photographs to remind myself I'm not at times.

Fingers crossed for target in 2 weeks.

    3
lbs takes me back to 6.7 stone which I got ages ago - so I know I can be that again.

    Phhhhewwww - relief

    Thank you Beanie

Lots of people will know how hard it is to pick a target etc and I guess you have to just play about and it takes time to see how you feel about it etc. There is a woman in my group still wants to lose another stone but has called target for the winter lol as she wants wait until the summer to try lol.

So yes 3 lbs to target : ) cannot wait now to get there : ) consultant texted and she is happy also
  • Flying visit folks

Well done to everyone with the fab losses :T

Lantanna - you are a star and you will get that 3lb very soon. You certainly are ticking all the boxes now. ;)

Amsterdam is looking even more attractive now - bakeries and chips with mayo. :D

Had a call from DS this morning to say he had had a prang in his car as he was returning from his hols. :( They are both fine which is the good news but sadly his elderly little pride and joy might be a write off after talking to the insurance company. It is 14 yrs old but in immaculate condition and very low mileage for its age. Oh well there are people in a lot worse situation.
