Morning all
Some fab losses posted on the last few pages :T I kept reading a bit and planning to post but then getting distracted by the kids!
Not had a great couple of days. My ear infection seems to be clearing up now but the combination of that and lack of sleep has meant I've not been totally on the wagon. Must try harder for the next few days
I have been doing lots of BM cleaning my house though. Give me another few months and it will be spotless :rotfl:
I need to cook something for dinner but have no idea what. I tend to make stuff up so will turn the veg in my fridge into something or other. Tempted to try and make some bean & veg burgers somehow, will go have a look for some recipes I can use as a vague guide.:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

Anyone ever just turned up to a random club to get weighed? Can you do it and they see all the info?
Going to be on the Isle of Bute in Scotland next week and intend to stick to the diet so don't want to miss a weigh in.0 -
mumoftwo - I don't know if you go to group but if you do how about buying a 12 week countdown (and getting a free Chrismas book!)? I always used to buy countdowns as a way of committing to sticking with SW.
Denise
Thanks, Denise, no not going to group, doing it myself but thinking about joining online as an early Christmas present to myself but not sure if I would get more support there than I already do here with you lovely peeps. Anyone love online?
Breakfast already changed, didn't fancy porridge after all. Had fried egg, mushrooms, tomato and mixed beans. Very filling and hearty.
Going to make dyno rod soup, I feel I need tasty filling, comfort food so no tuna salad for lunch. Still making burgers for tea so better get that mince out of the freezer.0 -
Josks
As far as no yes you can. Just turn up and tell them you are a visiting member.
Haven't done it myself but this is what I am told!0 -
Morning everyone, I'm a grumpy so and so the last few days. Just sooooo tired and so much to do.
Lantanna - love your siggy 'size 20 to size 10'
Jock - I've dropped into another class with no problem. I visited my son in Aberdeen. I didn't have my book with me so she just gave me a slip of paper away with the date and weight on it for me to write up. The card being electronic gives them all the info they need.
Todays EE menu is -
Breakfast - toast (hexb) with banana, pineapple and strawberries
Lunch - ham salad with pickles
Dinner - SW spag bol with scraping of parmesan
I usually eat way more veg but just can't be bothered the last few days. Have drank gallons of NAS Ribena trying to 'flush' out my system, feel so sluggish.
Have a good day all x0 -
Have just been doing a bit of menu planning and have "found" some quorn BBQ chicken style fillets in freezer. I have checked database and the only reference I can find is for quorn smokey BBQ chicken 4pack (free) but mine don't say smokey and are a 2 pack. They were always frozen and not chilled ones that I have put in there.
Please can anyone help?0
