My work pants are size 18 . 13 weeks ago I couldn't fasten them :o. This was the reason I started SW I can now fasten them :j:j. Last week new trousers and tops where bought into work I got my size 18 but my workmate wouldn't try the size 16 on she had been given because she a size 14 .

Guess who claimed them and wore them today :D :j:j:j:D

Flat Eric - I absolutely agree with you that it doesn't matter what you do as long as you do the same every week.

On your menu today it looks as though you only had cheese as your HEA but did you perhaps have a 2nd HEA with your porridge? If not, do you make your porridge with wate or, like me, use a Mullerlight?

I think fair enough give out a sticker, I'm unsure why they get a basketful of food. It would seem to breed resentment, I daren't win it next week.

Yes I made my porridge with water. Milk used just for my tea. Four cuppas :)

    Hello again all!
Back after being AWOL- a year older but sadly no wiser haha. Unfortunately I'm no longer working- I'm not well enough at the moment as I've been really unwell. I'm back at home studying full time again but the bright side is I'm not eating the rubbish I was when I was working and I've got more control over what I'm eating. After 2 straight gains I'm bang on target after losing a pound this week but one thing I'm a bit annoyed about is the suggestion by my consultant I might want to lose a few more pounds so I'm at the lower end of my target by Xmas! I don't want- or need- that sort of pressure at the minute and I'm ok where I am which has narked me a bit. I'm finding myself trying stupidly hard which means I'm probably either going to a) fall off the wagon at the weekend or b) be really disappointed when I lose bog all on Monday and end up stuffing my face to compensate!!
    Moan over haha.
    Today's menu:
Brunch: HEXB Ryvita Cracked black pepper, spaghetti hoops, Scrambled egg, cup of tea with HEXA s/s, cup of coffee with HEXA s/s
Tea: Tuna pasta with tinned tomatoes and garden peas, satsuma, apple, Pepsi Max Cherry
Snack: Bottle of San Miguel (8 syns) packet of sweet chilli Ryvita Mins (4.5 Syns)
Supper: steamed mixed veg, NAS cordial
Syns: 12.5 (that's my treat for submitting my assignment :))
    Hope everyone's ok x

    Good evening all.

Well done pennies, jocko and jellybaby. :j

I’m impressed by your restraint kiwi! ;)

Great news re work trousers, tweets. :)

Well, as predicted, I didn't quite follow my plan.

Breakfast: as planned :), grapefuit, hexb toast, jam (1 syn)
Lunch: I was out shopping and I was hungry, so I bought a Morrison's Italian style pasta with chicken (and nothing else) - this was instead of my planned prawn pasta. Does anyone know how many syns I should count for this? The whole bowl was about 450 cal, but much of it was free food.
    Snack: choc dig (4 syns)
Dinner: should have been chicken Kiev but turned out to be chicken fried in BBQ frylight, potatoes, carrots and red cabbage (so I actually went syn free!), Morrison's fat free pineapple, longan and lime yogurt (hopefully syn free)
Supper: hexa 3 mini light babybel, grapes
All in all, I'm reasonably pleased - unless that salad bowl was a disaster!

    Thursday's Menu
    Breakfast: sausage hexb butty, tomatoes
Lunch: hexa cheese omelette, salad, yogurt
Dinner: Daughter's Postponed Birthday Dinner - it's at an "American-style BBQ & burger joint". I hold out no hope for a SW friendly meal!

    Good luck to everyone else.

I'm afraid to tell you it was. That salad is 21 syns.:eek::eek: (and the yogurt is 1.5)

    Better day tomorrow.;)

Good to see you MrsE, sorry the job didn't work out. I can see where your consultant is coming from suggesting you leave some leeway for Christmas but there's plenty of time to sort that out.

Great nsv with the work trousers tweets.:T

My lunch out could have been worse. I did have the fish and chips with mushy peas. The chips were very SW like (skin on and not greasy at all) and I actually left some batter. I delighted myself by drinking fizzy water so no wine syns. Other than that I've just had an apple and a few cubes of cheese this evening.

WI tomorrow. I don't feel any thinner but I have to face the music. I'm going to weigh and go as I'm out to lunch again. Then straight back on plan. I promise.;)
