    Hi everyone

Still in shock! Managed to lose 4 lbs last night:T

Now for the hard part - to keep it going!!

EE menu something like this today -
Breakfast - toast (hexb) and banana, strawberries
Lunch - smoked ham salad, pickled beetroot, onions and gerkins
    Pineapple and mango chunks
Dinner - SW chips with chilli salmon and roasted peppers, onions and mushrooms.

Banking syns for those 'I need chocolate/wine/anything' moments!!

Away to catch up with everyone. Have a good day all x

I'm fully in the zone - don't think I've done enough good after the bad of the weekend so hopefully at sts tomorrow - not a gain. My wee head can't cope with another gain!!

That's about where I am too lantanna. I'm trying to claw back September's gain. I must go into Christams at the bottom end of my target range.
Well did my weigh in and lost 5lbs! I was Slimmer of the Week

(My problem here in germany´- they have lovely cakes and the special time of the day 'Kaffee und Kuchen' - coffee and cake in the afternoon, and my twins love calling for coffee and cake any time of the day...)

Depending on how you like to use your syns ginvzt, you could have, say, a treat of going to a kaffee and kuchen once a week. It's much safer that way than having cake in the house.

That looks like a Green day kiwi, don't forget you can have extra HEXs. Hope you found British lion eggs for your quiche.;)

I've had my SW breakfast (HEX porage with milk) and then I'm going out to lunch. Unfortunately the pub I'm going to does the most fantastic fish and chips.:(

  • We're trying the SW Sweet and Sour Chicken and Fried Rice tonight, should be good. Got myself the fakeaway book. Going to have the pizza tomorrow, I know the dough is 5.5 syns but it seems worth it. We ate some chicken and leek pie thing and the kids got pizzas yesterday, very difficult not to have a slice when I was cutting them up.
  • Hi everyone. Sorry I've been MIA, been really off it with all the antibiotics etc.
Anyway, a STS at weigh in today.
Can't complain really but feel a bit miffed. Hoping I do much better on the slinky Santa challenge than this one.
    Food today,
    Milk
    2slices brown hovis
    B toast and banana
    L mushroom ommlette
D sticky chicken with noodles and stirfry veg (2) strawbs and mullerlight.
Maybe a hifi bar later if I'm peckish

That's tough midge, but I'll be joining you in hoping to be slinky for Santa;). Just a quick observation: do you really mean brown Hovis? It has to be wholemeal (or wholegrain Nimble) for a HEB. Original brown would have to be synned.

It's wholemeal from a 400g loaf - just been to check the bag.
Thanks for pointing it out though because that could have been the reason for slow/static weightloss.
