  • Blimey, talk of Christmas already!! I'd like to be a stone lighter (note to self: stop leaping off the SW wagon!) and I'll probably try to make healthy choices over Christmas, while allowing the occasional treat.

I've been back on plan today:

    B - Fruit and yoghurt
L - Salmon fillet with salad and salad cream (2.5)
D - Slow cooked pork stacks with veg and rice. There was cheese but it all slid off - should I still count it??

Snacks - Alpen bar (HEX B) and another yoghurt

Syns: About 5 (I am counting the cheese)

  • I have finally caught up with all the posts but so sorry I am not going to be able to comment on all individually as I really must get up and get some jobs done before settling down for the night.

Really enjoyed reading all the posts and hearing of everyone's trials and tribulations.

Well done to all the losers and commiserations to sts and gainers. Good luck for all tonight weigh ins.

Thanks for the pancake recipe ginvzt and maman btw.

Ok, a bit of a blip tonight. Went to the shop and they had my favourite pastry in the bakery in front, they only make it in autumn, and this was the first time I've seen it, I think thy onla started them last week or this, so I had one. Not whole, as my son kept asking for it too after he demolished his macaroon.... The dinner was salad and HM burger, so not too bad.

This cough is getting on, I am fed up. I want it to go away!!!! I won't be able to go for a run if it stays like this tomorrow...

Congratulations tweets and BEG on getting target :T:T:T

I have just had my tea, will not go on about it on here. It was my reward dinner planned for many weeks because I have my 3 stone award :j

-3lb for the chart please Shala. I know I've done target but I won't bother changing it, perhaps I'll just be a bit more optimistic next challenge :)

Maman, that’s why SW is working, albeit slowly, for me. I don’t feel “bad” when I enjoy my wee social outings (and I make sure are quite a few of them ;) ). My one saving grace is that I don’t drink alcohol (never found anything I liked the taste of), so syns are all eaten! Enjoy your lunches out – guilt free!

Congrats minihauk on getting our SOW.

    Well done Crabapple.

Tomorrow’s plan – lately it seems more of let’s-write-some-meals-down-any-meal-will-do-because-it’ll-be-something-else-completely-probably

    Breakfast: grapefruit, toast, jam
    Lunch: prawn pasta, banana
Dinner: chicken Kiev, green beans, potatoes, yogurt
