    I can!!;)

:T to Shala for doing the chart and all those who've already achieved their targets!!

I've been avoiding the Christmas goodies too. I just love marzipan so I'm trying away from the chocolate coated bars and Stollen. I've bought it early in the past and then been replacing it every week until Christmas.:o Last year family and friends were buying DH stollen 'food parcels' because they were sorry for him when I wouldn't buy any.

You're spot on with the chocolate digestives wiz: 4 syns each.

Well done on reaching target for the current challenge BEG & Tweets.A great loss for you CP - well done.

Having an EE day today (was going to have Green but DH wants corned beef has for dinner!)

B - porridge, Muller banana & custard, banana
L - frittata (the final piece thank goodness!), salad, FF dressing
    D - corned beef hash

HEA - milk in teas throughout the day
    HEB - porridge

Syns - corned beef 2.5 syns per 100g so probably 5 but depends how many portions I make from the tin (10 syns for the lot)

Have gone over syns for the week again so with a bit of luck it'll be a STS or only a small loss at WI tomorrow.

    B: 2 x WW Yogurts & 30g Oats (HE)

L: Bacon, Pasta with lots of superfree veg - bit of feta

    D: As lunch

    Snacks: Satsumas
  • Well did my weigh in and lost 5lbs! I was Slimmer of the Week and got a tin of pilchards, a tin of spaghetti, 3 apples, two bananas and the strawberry mullerlight I didn't much like back.

So 12.5lbs lost in 2 weeks, I put myself down for 3lbs loss this week which will get me a stone sticker.

(My problem here in germany´- they have lovely cakes and the special time of the day 'Kaffee und Kuchen' - coffee and cake in the afternoon, and my twins love calling for coffee and cake any time of the day...)
