I was looking for quick and easy winter lunch ideas now that it is a bit chilly for salads. My normal fall back would be a sandwich however I am trying to cut down the bread I eat. Occasionally I have leftovers but fresh ideas would be welcomeTaking responsibility one penny at a time!0

Hi rummer, I go for HM soups, jacket potatoes or make an omelette. I do a SC of soup and freeze in portions and my omelettes tend to be frittata/Spanish concoctions with potatoes and whatever veg I can find in the fridge. If you can't eat it all at once (although usually I can;)) then it's lovely cold for snacking on. I changed my lunch plan today and had a JP with cottage cheese and spring onions and a load of beetroot on the side. Yummy!0 -

maman - He is a good motivater, he is loosely following SW with me but he eats meat and I don't. I saw my mum today and haven't seen her since I started SW 10wks ago, and she asked if I had lost weight too. I haven't let on to her that I do SW as she can nag sometimes so don't want the extra pressure.

Swiper/kiwi... Sorry you're struggling, it is hard not to be tempted but remember why you were doing the plan in the first place. I'm not the best "on plan" person but I keep going, because what's the alternative
Feeling a bit more positive this morning; weigh in was a STS so that's alright really and like you say, the alternative would have likley been a gain if I had not been trying at all.
I was reading up bit last night on superspeed and superfrees so going to try a few days of maxing out on those this week, as next week I have a few days out on a training course where I'll of course be powerless to control myself when being faced with muffins, scones and all manner of other help yourself to the buffet food at least five times a day along with the addition of evening 'socialising' with snacks and canapes and wine and wine.
So today I am going for:
B. Full bacon, eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes affair with toast
L. Probably not
D. Lamb Chops, new potatoes, carrots, cabbage, peas and gravyMortgage
Start January 2017: $268,012
Latest balance $266,734
Reduction: $1,278.450 -
