    Good Afternoon :hello:

I had a laugh walking up the stairs to bed last night my pj bottoms started falling down  so I pulled them up and looked at size when I got in bedroom. Size 20/22. Today I will put a dart in waistband so they don't fall down again :D

Not throwing away when they only get worn in the house :)

My size 18 fit me perfect and I got 4 pairs new ones size 16 for when I lose more weight :T:T:T

I think that's what you call a NSV (Non Scale Victory) crabapple.

Yep, it was lovely! And the new jeans I got in the size down have been worn out and are a tad tight and create an overhang ;) but do up with no issues and are comfy enough to wear (with perhaps a top on the baggier side!)
Really want to get my 5 1/2 stone sticker this week :)

Wow, well done on getting so much weight off and hope you get your shiny :T

That's very mse of you :D

    Welcome Inazuma!

Have not really been on plan today as I am in pain with my ear, of the constant nagging variety rather than full on. Antibiotics should hopefully kick in in a couple of days to start me feeling better.

However we do have SW homity pie for tea, and it was made with root veg mash again which makes it even lovlier. Instead of just potato there's also carrots, swede and parsnip in there.

Hope you can walk again a bit sooner this week :D

Thanks for welcome folks, and well done Saint Mildredd! I am desperately looking for something new to inspire me to get off my rear end and move around a bit - what is the kettle bells class like? Anyone got any other favourite exercise? I'm just walking the dog, which is ok but not very inspiring.

You got me thinking tweets - I have two new pairs of pjs (22s) stuck in the drawer. Don't know why I'm keeping them. I think they are the same as the ones I'm wearing now - better get them out and used before they are too big - bit of wishful thinking going on there I think.

Not feeling as sickly today and I have managed to keep meds down and eat more today (on plan so far ;)) but I will still need to visit the gp tomorrow :(. Last time I had a few days of sickness I ended up having a huge loss at next wi but then it seemed to knock my system all to pot and even though I was sticking to plan one week I had a gain, then two sts and a 0.5lb loss. At least if it happens this time I know what to expect. Might make it to wi tomorrow night but I will just have to wait and see how I feel - might leave before Image Therapy (I have stopped every other week honest ;))

OH has just offered to make supper - 1 large slice of wholemeal toast, little bit of branston stuff and hexa of lf cheese. Mum sent some Lindt choc balls (4 syns I think) so might have one of those with a cuppa afterwards.

Well done on the losses everyone. :T

Back on straight and narrow tomorrow.

We had breakfast at Wetherspoons which was lovely but consisted of eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans and hash browns but didn't eat those. It also came with 2 slices of toast which I did eat.:( Have just had a slice of SW Curry Dahl Loaf and that's all I've had today.
