So, my meals today after the breakfast:

L: HM veggie burgers (freezer emptying, and they are quite healthy, as home made and I don't like using much oil)

D: attempt at 'kedgeree' - rice with egg and smoked fish, as I realised too late we had no peas or sweetcorn in the freezer, followed by melon.

    In betweens: banana, grapes.

Well done for getting started! I'm assuming from your veggie menu that you'll be doing the Green plan. If that's the case you'll probably get away with the limited veg today but I'd suggest you still try to fit in as much as possible and remember that peas and sweetcorn aren't SF (I'm a bit of a SF fiend:o). Doing the Green plan also has the bonus of 2 HEAs (milk, cheese etc) and 2 HEBs (bread, crackers). So unless you had them all at breakfast you need to factor those in two. HTH.

ETA: just noticed you had some toast and milk, so better than I thought.;)

Good going on the exercise Mildredd, hope you enjoyed your dinner last night..

    Welcome callyb and redbull

Meg - agree with beanie.. you can reset your target so you're not paying.. you can still try and get 1.5lbs under it for yourself, you'll still be in target range :D

    Right green day for me..

    B - banana, yogurt, muesli (3)
L - spaghetti hoops, toast (heb)
T - teriyaki chicken (heb, 3 for sauce) egg fried rice, stir fry veg
S - crisps(5) apple, milk in tea (hea)
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

Well it's WI this morning - expecting a big gain - if my scales are anything to go by it's looking like about 4lb and out of target.

Still at least I've got my mojo back so hopefully things will be better this coming week.

Looking at my menu I think it's probably going to be a Green day but depends on what's available at the taster this morning!!! I'm taking a vegetable curry and rice which I've started off this morning in my Thermal Pot and it will carry on cooking until later when we have tasters; the hall we use if not very warm so not looking forward to all the cold stuff we usually have.

B - banana after WI - followed by tasters
L - hopefully they'll be some curry & rice left if not I'll probably have a mushroom omlette
D - Jacket potato & beans - I'm on my own this evening as DH is going to the England game at Wembly (courtesy of the company he works for!)

Will pop back later to report what the damage actually is!

Well done Annie! Great loss. Weigh in for me later - always puts me in a funny mood on a Thursday. Anyway I'm not getting hung up on the numbers anymore as I am working hard and toning up and I have to eat. I've done 3 gym classes and been in the gym once already this week. Will let you know how I get on. Still in my size 10 trousers and that's all that matters
