Morning everyone - have had a completely off plan weekend and have already gone over my syns for the week!
    Denise

    Hope you enjoyed it denise.:D

It's a ghastly, wet day here today and I'm staying indoors. Dancing tonight though so that'll give me some BM.

    My EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast and scrambled egg, HEA milk
L: cold meat, fried veg, beetroot
D: chilli con carne (with tomatoes, onions, peppers, carrots and mushrooms) and rice
    Syns: squirt of sauce

DH was so pleased he remembered I could have two small slices of bread for breakfast. I didn't have the heart to tell him he'd given me Burgen (that DD bought) rather than wholemeal. So I'm counting it as HEB and hoping for the best.

Oh dear, oh dear, I had another chocolate bar last night. DD1 had bought some white chocolate for a recipe then decided she didn't want it, and I absolutely Love White Chocolate! All those extra syns are bad, but whats' worse is the milk content. I know I'm poisoning my body yet I keep doing it :wall:

    EE Menu:

B: GF cereal & BD milk. Tea with milk.
L: J. Pot & mushy pea curry. Pineapple. Tea with milk.
    D: Roast chicken, mashed swede & cereriac (2), 4 x veg, gravy (2).
Apple slice (3). Tea with BD milk.

    S: Cocoa.
    Weight loss 0/2st
    Inch loss = 0"

    Slow & Steady 3

Maman - welcome back from your holiday. Sounds as though you thoroughly enjoyed it.

Can't say I particularly enjoyed my off plan weekend - I made DH a mediterrean layered bread (it's a rolled out dough which is cut into rectangles and each piece is coated with pesto or sun dried tomatoes and then layered up in the tin before being cooked) - although it was supposed to be for DH I ended up having quite a bit of it, no idea of syns but obviously very high because it's white bread and both the pesto and sun dried tomatoes were in oil!

In addition to that one of the ladies on the site where we were staying handed out slices of chocolate cupcake, which had been bought for her birthday, and it would have been rude not to eat some!

On top of all that there was also the usual weekend wine (which usually takes me over syns anyway!).

Definitely back on plan from today until WI on Thursday.

Welcome back Maman glad you had a good holiday, re the curry was going to my SW syn free from the book but in the end just made up a batch of mushy pea curry and froze that in portions, can always add chicken or whatever if I fancy it.

  • Just got back from wi and pleased to report a 2lb loss for this week shala. Missed out on 4st shiney by 0.5lb :( - never mind there is always next week. Just checked the weight loss graph on SW online and looking at the predicted progress I could, at the rate I am going atm, just sneak into the 15s ever so slightly. Daren't really think of this as a target as when I set targets things go pear shaped, not just my figure.

Thinking about getting countdown next week - get 2 free weeks and Christmas Cook Book worth around a fiver.

Sorry I haven't been able to keep up with everyone's news but I have noticed that our maman is back from hols - sounds as though you have been having a fab time.

Well done to you losers, hang on in there sts and gainers and keep plodding as they say.

Thanks for all your hard work shala in putting the chart together.

That's brilliant b-e-g but what a shame you didn't get that extra half a pound. Never mind, you'll smash it next week!

Thanks for good wishes from you and other virtual friends. I did enjoy my holiday but it's still good to be home.
