    Brilliant loss BEG :T

Beanie - sounds a very healthy menu.. :T

Didn't eat my tea last night as it was gross so just had some english muffins and ham instead :o won't lose anything this week anyway so it's no great issue..

Tonight's tea should hopefully be ok... green day for me as we're going veggie today..

B - banana, yogurt, muesli (heb)
L - potato skins (cheese hea), salad, sweet chilli sauce (2)
T - BNS & veg lasagne, cheese sauce (4.5:eek:) salad
S - crisps (5) apple. milk in tea (hea)

I'll be very pleased if i can manage one day sticking to plan - the day involves going to my dads for a cuppa which is usually accompnaied by biscuits  i'm going to say no, i'm going to say no :D

    xx

Still having problems getting back into the plan - even though I'd already gone over syns over the weekend I still went a bit over yesterday rather than cutting back as I'd hoped. I know I'm not going to have a loss this week but at the rate I'm going I'll end up going out of target at the top end.

Going to try to stick completely to plan and keep the syns low today!

    Having a Green day today:

B - porridge made with water; Mullerlight Vanilla; banana (HEB1)
    L - toasted cheese sandwich (HEA1/HEB2)
D - Butternut squash & red lentil curry with rice (1 syn for curry paste)

HEA2 will be milk in tea throughout the day.

Will probably have a fruit split lolly - 3 syns

sorry to report a sts please Shala

Been busy with work and life. Was hoping for a big weightloss push before going away to see family but I should know by now, that the more pressure I put on myself, the less weight I lose and the more I eat.

The storm is raging outside and heavy rain, brrr

I am away to read back the last few pages,

Great losses b_e_g and lioness, congratulations! And to anyone else I've missed - sleep deprived thanks to baby again and pretty sure I've not taken in anything from the last couple of pages!

Annoying to miss a shiny by such a small amount, but it's just sat there waiting for next week :)

WI for me tonight. Seems to roll around ever so quickly! Pretty sure I've lost, it'll just be finding out how much. If I don't lose I'm going to put it down to the change in scales (not had our regular consultant the last two weeks, and I'm pretty sure her scales were running a bit lower despite what they say about calibration!)

Boring menu for me today to make sure I don't binge before WI :D Made a nice casserole yesterday which we had for tea and there's at least 2 days worth left so will eat that when I get back. It always tastes better on day 2!

I know there's a lot of Tuesday WIs so good luck to everyone, hope we all have some lovely losses (and of course the same goes for all of you whatever day you do WI :D)

Oh, and today's BM will be emptying my daughter's potty about a zillion times if so far today is any indication!

She's earning herself lots of shiny stars, the shinies seem to work as motivation even for a toddler :rotfl:

    Morning,

    Welcome back Maman.

Denise that bread sounds well worth using some syns for.

CX Mills & the gym completed last night, step aerobics tonight. Think I'm going to have to not really pay attention to the scales at the minute and go on my clothes. I seem to be getting smaller and the scales aren't shifting. As long as I'm in my size 10 trousers I'm happy and I can see real changes in the size of my belly.

Hopefully building some muscle - will see how we go.

Beanie - menu sounds fine, looks like your getting back in to the right mind set - well done.

I'm really struggling energy wise atm. Cannot manage dancing and callanetics. I really enjoy dancing and I enjoy the results of Callanetics. I don't want to give up BM all together as its good for easing stress levels. I think I'm going to have to reduce my Callanetics routine, or do either Callanetics or dancing but not both. We have a break from dancing coming up when our instructors are on holiday so I will do Callanetics then instead. Atm I'm going to bed, sleeping well but still waking up tired next day, so planning a menu and cooking are a real struggle, as are the sugar cravings.

    EE Menu

B: GF cereal & BD milk. Tea with milk.
L: Prawns, mussels & mushy pea curry. Pineapple. Tea with milk.
D: Turkey pasta bake (made with LF cheese 5), Broccoli & green beans. Apple slice (3). Tea with milk.

    S: Cocoa.

Have to say it was very yummy - but absolutely no idea how many syns - I only had a small piece each time so counted 5 but probably way more than that with all the oil from the pesto & sun dried tomatoes:eek:.

It was a real faff to do so don't think I'll be making it again in a hurry, LOL!
