Frogga, I weigh myself until I get 2 weights the same, lol. Usually just the two goes, but sometimes it can vary wildly!
Meg, my weekend was rather like yours! And it’s +2lbs for me this week.
Hurrah for Lioness and b-e-g!
Commiserations to the rest of you.
Hello and welcome jock!
Well here’s the plan for Tuesday.
Breakfast: strawberry light fruitopolis (0.5 syn), banana
Lunch: baked potato with mixed pepper and tomato sauce, hexa cheddar, grapes
Dinner: chicken curry with rice
I’ve had no snacks (so far) and with a lot of running around to do this afternoon, I’m not likely to have any this afternoon either, thank goodness. No doubt I’ll have something this evening.

I've always been told 15 syns as well.
I save mine up too for Chinese & weekend gin or vodka usually. Low Syn crisps and choc usually happens once a week and the rest goes on things like red sauce and mayo etc
Saving my syns up has always worked for me and I think I'd go mad if I didn't lol0 -
The best syns I've found is a bag of flying saucers for 3.5, but might have a go at the kinder bars as I love them.
I expected to lose lots the first week and as such I'm not eligable for slimmer of the week and my first week loss only counts half for the month. Maybe I'll fill my pockets with stones and carry the weight loss into next week!
I really want to win a tin of carrots!0 -

Good to see you Jock.I think the Christmas book is only free with the 12 week countdown.

Haha. I like the way you are thinking. :rotfl:
Shala - please put me down for -5 this week. Not as great as it sounds as I didn't weight last week and put on 1 the week before. Still, I'm pleased with it.
Well done everyone, keep it up.0
