    Hello all
I've been AWOL again - sorry
Such a busy time catching up with work and sleep
Gained 2lbs this week which I'm not sure why cos I didn't eat much, but I possibly think I had too much Costa coffee and not enough food
Hopefully I'll drop that next week
I've been running and cycling as well as being 100% other than an extra glass of wine yesterday for my birthday meal out
I really haven't the time to catch up on the thread but hopefully everyone is ok and doing well, thanks Shala moo for the chart, just add mine when you can

 Back from my holiday. Sorry no time to read through a week of posts.

I've had a week of lovely Turkish food. Too many off plan things but could have been worse as lots of veg involved. Drinking every day but moderately and unfortunately Turkey doesn't seem to do slimline tonic so I had the full fat version. :(

When I put jeans on to fly back yesterday was pleasantly surprised as all the walking/sightseeing seemed to have toned my thighs although I'm confident I've gained. I don't weigh at home so I'll find out the damage at next WI (Thursday).

I did an Aldi shop today, very virtuous as it was almost all fruit and veg.;) Now back on plan until WI.

    Today's EE menu:

B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: Jacket potato with cottage cheese and beetroot
D: roast pork, roast potatoes and parsnips, cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, celery, onions
Syns: weekend wine;), gravy, squirt of syrup

    Thanks for chart shala.

Congrats to Top Girl, Maisie and Lauri.

Hang in there, the rest of us.

Not posting menu as I’m finding it hard to stay on track just now, with so much going on. Don’t think I’ll be really successful before Wednesday, but I will try.

    Morning All and Happy Monday,

Well, here's a funny thing ~ just hopped on the scales, convinced I feel thinner than last week, so hoping for a good loss, and I've put on 1lb?? At first it said I'd put on 4lb?? So I hoped on and off a few times and it changed it's mind again, finally settling with a 1lb gain?

I've been good all week. Stuck to the plan. No excess fruit, lots of exercise, not * week, so what the hell is that all about? How can I actually have put on weight??

I do remember once before that I put on 1/2 lb for no reason. So I guess it does happen. And I know it has happened to some of you when you've been good. So this will be one sure fire way to test if I'm getting my head straight and not bingeing. I semi want to binge at the moment. I suspect that desire will increase over the day as it sinks in that even though I've been on plan I actually increased my weight?

I used to weigh monthly to avoid this sort of issue. Over the month you just don't notice the odd 1lb gain as it evens itself out. Maybe I should just stay off the scales now until week 8?

    Will have a think.

Hope you are all well. Take care

Got woken up by the wind howling really foul weather today , cant seem to shift this cold and it demands feeding, not expecting a loss this week as had takeaway Chinese on Friday, all day breakfast and fish and chips out on Saturday, seriously over syns on Sunday,

Think I will do a batch of curry and sweet sour chicken today as got a good deal on chicken breasts for £3 a kg.
