TakeItEazy wrote: »Have you tried going gluten/wheat free? Major trigger for tummy probs. Have a look at the FODMAP list, lots of IBS food triggers. All trial and error to find which are yours.
I am gluten/wheat intolerant as well as garlic. Finding other triggers as I go along and the list is getting longer too.
Hi yaYeah, I've done FODMAP which is way hard, but gluten doesn't seem to bother me at all, in fact if my tummy is sore, the only thing that it seems to like is white bread toast or supernoodles
FODMAP has made me use less garlic, and I mostly use a garlic mill now, rather than fresh, which seems to help
Mostly, since starting SW my tums been pretty good, but I think a jar of gherkins in a week was a push too far ha ha
Feeling better today than yest, still eating a bit plainly tho!
However am eating a treatsize bag of maltesers as we speak, and my tum doesn't seem to mind that :rotfl::rotfl:
Thanks for caringand sorry that your list is getting longer, mine changes every year, it used to only be beef and citrus fruits/juice when I was younger, but every year there are more and more triggers
Annoying as hell
Not quite got a clue what dinner's going to be this eve, maybe sw fish and chips, but unsure if the fish will defrost in time now...
But other than that today is:
B Toast, flora light (1/2)
L leftovers potato salad, (1/2 for el mayo)
S Treatsize maltesers (om nom nom nom) (5)

Off to quiz n chips in a few, am in charge of bringing the nibbles
having chicken breast and chips (may give chips to son). The nibbles are mostly avoidable as not gluten free but do have a bag of crisps I can have. Also son has got some chocolate that's suitable for me too
. (Bless him for thinking of me
)
Dreading the scales this week now, trouble is having a head teacher who makes you feel you HAVE to go to out of school hours fund raisers . Oh well wish me luck (in avoidance) not the quiz as can never remember stuff especially after 1st full time week with reception .Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Hmmmm, well,I have been snacking too much today,on all the wrong stuff.I STILL have't been shopping,so there is no food in the house.Even had to drive to the local corner shop to buy synful food to eat :rotfl:.
Breakfast: 2 slices wholemeal toast,scrape marg,Marmite
Lunch:chilli concarne and rice, sprinkle of cheese, handful of Doritos
Tea:lamb steaks,mashed potato,carrot,mange toute
By tonight, was absolutely craving chocolate,so went out and bought a 75g bar of Cadbury's choc.Had some more Doritos followed by the choc .
Really must go grocery shopping tomorrow.I probably wouldn't have bothered going out for chocolate if I had had a Harvest morn bar in the house.Or even an Alpen bar.
Must not get complacent just because I have reached target range.I am only just in the top end of target.Really must be good.SPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76
