I've always had my full syn allowance throughout the whole time I've been doing SW, which is 4 years now (been at target for over 3 years).
I'm not weighing in this morning as DH needs the car so I can't get to group. I've a quick weigh on my own scales and it looks as though I've got a STS so I'm fine with that as I'm bang on target following my holiday.
Having another EE day today:
B - porridge made with water, banana & custard Mullerlight, banana
L - bacon & mushroom omlette
D - HM fish & chips, peas
Meals are a bit light of SF but I'll also eat some fruit during the day - I've got grapes, bananas & pears at the moment.
HEA - milk in teas throughout the day
HEB - porridge
No idea on syns yet but will definitely have some.

OH has decided he's going swimming nearly every night up till xmas:eek: i shall be joining him (work permitting) as i've just looked at myself in the work toilets and i just look like a blob
swimming should help tone up as well as lose weight :T
I read that as I just booked myself in the work toilets :rotfl:

Lol I had wine 3 times in 18 months so very occasionally I do have a severe craving - normally when I am fed up!!! Quite frankly I want to eat everything lol but a Mexican seems to be todays notion! Its the cheese - anything with cheese in fact.
I am sick sore and tired of having to go buy food!! never mind make it - I am a cross little camper today
and want to eat all the things!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
