  • Morning all

Not been in much - work has been manic. Just wanted to pop my head round the door, so to speak.

I can confirm a STS for this week. Well done to the losers and commiserations to the STS and gainers

Menus are the usual boring stuff. Salad, pasta bake, fruit, yoghurt etc.

Starting swimming next week to add to the cycling. Looking to tone and gain aerobic fitness - oh and help lose weight!

It's a disappointing 0.5 lb loss for me Shala :(

Been on plan all week, disappointing to go from losing 2 lbs every week to only half this week, but I knew it, I could feel it, I just feel bloaty and heavy and weird, I'm blaming hormones, I am adjusting to new hormones at the moment, so I guess I should be happy it's not a gain :/

Have a lovely day all y'all

    xx

MupElle a loss is better than putting on or sts. I stick to plan every week but the weeks I have felt bloaty and heavy I have put on or only lost half pound :( then week after I have lost more :D

Don't worry and next week will be :j:j

    My WI at 3pm ;)

Oh good luck Tweets :D And thank you for the support, I'm not about to eat my house, as I know you're right, it's just annoying when you've been soooooooooo good I only had 1.5 syns yesterday

I think I had a big loss (for me) of 2.5 last week, so probs it's partly that too... (sob) ha ha :D

Thank you :) I never have all my syns and wonder if that doesn't help with the weight loss and I should up them. My syns normally consist of a bag crisps shared with my dog. :)

I've always had my full syn allowance throughout the whole time I've been doing SW, which is 4 years now (been at target for over 3 years).

I'm not weighing in this morning as DH needs the car so I can't get to group. I've a quick weigh on my own scales and it looks as though I've got a STS so I'm fine with that as I'm bang on target following my holiday.

    Having another EE day today:

B - porridge made with water, banana & custard Mullerlight, banana
    L - bacon & mushroom omlette
    D - HM fish & chips, peas

Meals are a bit light of SF but I'll also eat some fruit during the day - I've got grapes, bananas & pears at the moment.

HEA - milk in teas throughout the day
    HEB - porridge

No idea on syns yet but will definitely have some.

Morning lovelies, not been about the past couple of days, had a very ghastly tummy bug but feeling recovered now. If I don't get a good loss finally this week then there's something very wrong!!

Not sure what to eat today, I'm still not very hungry. Might have some fruit for breakfast and soup for lunch and see how I go after that.

Well done to all the losers, especially those who got SOW! Hugs for the rest of us!!! Have a great day xxx

It definitely can work, I have no idea about WW because I've never done it, but I've done calorie counting as well, that works if you're REALLY motivated, but it's VERY easy to count the wrong calories... (which is what i've been doing for the past year) and kind of kid yourself... i.e. I've only had 1200 calories today (but 400 have been chocolate).
