E.t.a. Oops I see tweets already answered you.. That'll learn me to read through first before answering:rotfl:

Big hugs meg, do you think it's flu you've had rather than just a bug? look after yourself and keep yourself snug !! I'm sure your friend understands, could you pop a card in the post so she knows you're thinking of her? Moonpig do some nice ones so you wouldn't even have to go out if you're not feeling up to it.. Well done to all the losers, particularly the 3 SOTW. Hugs to those who need them.

Don't know why I bother with doing a monthly meal plan! I've had to make so many changes and I'm only just over a week into the plan!

There's some LO egg mayo in the fridge which I thought DH would have had in his sandwiches this morning but think he's taken ham again so means I need to use it up, otherwise it wil end up in the bin and I don't like wasting food!

So yet another EE day today:

B - not sure but will either be Marmite on toast or a toasted cheese sandwich - HEB + 4 (if I have cheese); will decide what I'll have when I actually do breakfast in about an hour!
L - egg mayo with salad
    D - 2 faggots, mash, cabbage & carrots - 6 syns

Having looked at that I think I'd better just have the marmite and stick to 6 syns today as I've gone over on my syns a few days this week.

    Morning lovelies

Been AWOL last week due to starting work on the bathroom (I know, glutton for punishment) and a wee city break away. I definitely enjoyed myself and was NOT on plan because I put 2.5lbs ON at weigh in last night:eek:

Totally fed up but I left class and went straight to Aldis and stocked up on loads of fresh fruit and veggies. Then stood for a couple of hours and made soup and pasta sauces for the freezer.

I'm gonna give weekly meal planning a miss and just do it day by day. Possibly meal by meal :rotfl:

I'm away at my brothers abroad first week in December and I'm determined to be at least a stone lighter by then - and a lot firmer. I hate wobbling and jiggling when I walk quickly.

So todays menu is EE -

Breakfast - toast (hexb) with banana
Lunch - baked potato with tuna and massive salad, Greek yoghurt (0.5)
Dinner - SW spag bol with scraping of parmesan (half hexa)

Other half hexa used for coffee at work this morning. I've got plums and grapes to munch during the day.

Happy days. Have a good one folks x

    Good evening!

My face must have shown my shock at WI :D

4lb off plus I got my first ever SOTW, and broke under the next stone barrier by half a pound:j:j:j

Well done CrabApple and also to our slimmers of the week. :T

I'm not having the best week either and have similar achy sleeping sickness that a lot of you have had, nothing I can put my finger on, just tired and legs are aching for no apparent reason and can't get myself going in the mornings. Although not totally off the rails, my meals have been out of the freezer and a bit random with some naughties keep creeping in and I haven't been keeping track of syns.

    Today I had:

    B. Yoghurt and Frozen strawberries + Banana
    L. Shop bought brown roll with cheese, ham and beetroot + Apple
    D. HM Lasagne from freezer & salad

.... which was all very well until I hit the chocolate.

Hopefully tomorrow will be better, I made a big bowl of salad with boiled eggs for my lunch.
