Daisy - your menu is very much a Green day so you could have another HEA and HEB if you wanted to. How about some parmasan grated/sliced on top of your bolognaise?
I try to vary my HEBs a bit which seems to work with shifting a bit of weight when you seem to be losing slowly. This is often one of the challenges our consultant mentions - ie trying to have a completely different HEB (or 2 if doing Green day) every day of the week. There are so many choices for HEB it's a good challenge to do from time to time.
Denise
I have been trying to jiggle my HexBs about a bit denise in an effort to give the losses a bit of a kicking. The other night I have one of the new choccie hifi bars and 10 almonds - made a bit of change. Will have to study the list to see what else appeals.
Just had two bowls of carrot and coriander soup - quite nice but I cannot get away with the fresh coriander - use ground coriander seeds in soup but sprinkle fresh on top. I think the next time we make it I will either use parsley or a swirl of yoghurt on top to make it look a bit posh.

Well Crabapple you've also reached your target for the challenge :j:j
Sorry Mupelle was it you who asked about changing your target the other day?? I meant to reply and it completely went out my head.. anyway answer is - if you've reached your target then feel free to change it before the challenge ends if that's what you want to do.. it's your challenge, I am merely a keeper of records
So onto the chart and onto our SOTW for last week.... remember SOTW has to have lost or sts the week before.. anyway..
We have THREE!!!
