    Morning all :D

I went a bit over my syns yesterday, with 2 extra (small) vodkas, I have 15 ml vodkas, to make the syns last longer, so I had 4, rather than the two I'd counted for... norty :D

    Today is:

B: BANANA (my stomach is still trying to decide if it's angry with me for not having toast, jury's out)
L: 2 x toast, poached eggs, smoked salmon (om nom nom), mushrooms (.5 for flora light)
D: SW Fish & Chips, salad (if tums allows) and mushy peas. (4.5 for bread for breadcrumbs)
S: Mullerlight and hopefully all the rest of the syns on vodka :D

Got a busy day ahead, DS has swimming, a party, hubs at footie, lots of running around after them as per usual, really looking forward to making the fish and chips though, if it goes well I'll photo :D

Hope you have a fabulous day all y'all :T

Morning, disappointed to report a 1lb Gain SHALA I think I snacked too much on grapes, will cut down the fruit this week. I really wanted to lose a few more pounds before the end of October when we go away for a mini break. I can't seem to get below 11st 7lb, I keep getting down to it and then start going up again. More mushy pea curry etc this week in an attempt to break through this mental barrier.

    Green Day:

B: 2 x Wheatabix with banana & BD milk. Dandelion root coffee with milk.
L: 2 x boiled eggs, 1 slice wholemeal toast & butter (2). HM Gingerbread coffee latte (BD milk)
D: Mushy pea curry & rice. 2 GF choc fingers (4)
    S: 2 x lime & soda (6)

    BM: Ballroom dancing

Raining here, which is great! Keeps the neighbours noisy kids in their own houses instead of bouncing their footballs off our car.

I was a paragon of virtue yesterday - went out for a kebab with work colleagues and didn't have the lovely bread and dips. Only had a chicken shish with rice and salad. Then I didn't have the fabulous looking pizza the husband and son had last night. I had better lose some weight this week....

    Menu for today:

    B - Fruit and a Fruitopolis
L - Sandwich with chicken and leaves. No butter
D - Slow cooked chicken casserole with SW roasties and veg. As it is Saturday I will be having a glass of red wine.

I am conflicted at the moment. I have housework I could be doing (bedding to be washed, dogs to be bathed) OR I could go out for a bike ride OR I could do nothing. Hmmmmm....

Very happy with a -2 lb this week :)

Been on plan apart from BM as my shins are very sore, hoping to get back on the bike this week.

B - Bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, hash brown (2.5 syns) and HEXB toast.

D - A cup of speed soup, chicken savoury rice, 2 kiwis and 1/4 of a pineapple.

T - Mushy pea curry and chips.

    HEXA - Milk
    HEXB - Bread
Syns - Hash brown, Options, Worcester sauce French fries = 9

BM - Park, library and supermarket with Top Boy, about an hour walking.

Well done losers! Commiserations to STS and gainers, New week, New start, we can do this xx

Just rebelled and had a bar of hazelnut chocolate. Fed up of being on plan. Last week I was really good and gained, whereas the week before I was naughty and lost! Will get back on plan after today just need a bit of a break.

Topgirl - I've added your loss in but I don't seem to have any results for the past two weeks. let me know if you have some amounts you want to put in.

Only been back on SW 2 days and already I feel like I've lost a stone!:T.

Today I've had 30g oatbran with banana for breakfast.
Lunch was tinned salmon and SW egg fried rice, a yogurt and a banana
Have made a SW casserole for tonight with sweetheart cabbage. It is cooking now and smells lovely.

Trying not to have any syns.

I was out shopping and there's a new Subway and I didn't buy anything (what an absolute angel!) but I went in to enquire about their big salads which a friend told me are very good.
