Got woken up by the wind howling really foul weather today , cant seem to shift this cold and it demands feeding, not expecting a loss this week as had takeaway Chinese on Friday, all day breakfast and fish and chips out on Saturday, seriously over syns on Sunday,

Think I will do a batch of curry and sweet sour chicken today as got a good deal on chicken breasts for £3 a kg.

    So today's menu is:
B:1 slice of toast covered with mushrooms & an egg on top.
L: lentil and bacon soup (got carrots and onions and celery in) with the other slice of toast.
D: sausage, tomato, pepper, onion, celery, mushroom stew type thing - with weight watchers sausages (1 syn each).

Bearing in mind we have no water (deep joy) this is subject to change... :D It really is one of those annoying, everything's breaking, patches... :/

Sorry, I haven't kept up with posts over the past few days so hope everyone is okay. I've lost my mojo big time and put on 1lb this past week. I was hoping to get back on the wagon today but didn't really happen and I have massive headache and ate hummus and pitta bread for dinner. Tomorrow is another day! ;)
