    Morning - brilliant losses i see :T:T

We often have Huntsman chicken saver-upper, although we call it Hunters chicken - i think it has many different names!

I can recommend the SW BBQ sauce, i use it for the pulled pork i do.. I use onion powder instead of the actual onion though so you don't have to blend it..

I wouldn't know what double pepper relish is though, sorry can't help with that one.

Right so i have no plan today  - just bought a banana to work for my breakfast and then we're having steak for tea... might have hassleback potatoes or chips..

Coming down with man flu too so feel a bit grotty - Mildredd and greent thanks for passing it on ;) are you both better now?

Mupelle and tweets congratulations on the losses and for getting down to the next stone bracket.

Lioness your pre christmas day out sounds lovely. Hope you are going somewhere nice for your lunch.

jodenise well done on maintaining whilst on holiday.

I have managed to lose 3lbs this week. Don't ask how I haven't a clue. Anyway I am happy with that and now I have 5lbs to lose to get to the next stone bracket. I would really like to do this before I go on holiday on the 10th.

    Wasn't good at all :/

Oh I have hunters chicken but just use 1 tbsp of BBQ sauce out the bottle lol and hexa cheese - I tend to have griddled peppers n onions with it as that seems to go

    4.5 LBS ON SHALA !!!!!

So hey at least I know what happens when I go wild and take two weeks off plan! :embarasse

Wi lady did tell me that she thought I am looking fabulous - so that was nice.

Don't think my heads been in it from the head melt that was the Woman of the Year Final really.

Time to give myself a good talking too, remember why I am doing it and get back on board before I slip back any further.

Thing is I am just so hungry all the time at the minute - don't know if its this cold or psychological or what but I am.

Every breakfast, lunch and dinner is a battle right now.

Anyway hopefully I can talk myself into behaving this week and have some of that off on Thursday. Maybe its this time of year - I don't know the first 8 people in group last night had gained! Or maybe for lots of people in the minute life just gets in the way.

B: Peanut Hi Fi Bar (HE) , Muller Light, Strawberries

L: Spag Bol, Rocket, Cucumber & HE Cheese

    D: 2 x 0.5 Syn Sausage, Bacon, Beans, Mushrooms & Tomato

Not had a good night's sleep - think I've caught the cold that's going around! My throat was so sore during the night I got up and had a lolly to try to sooth it. It helped a bit at the time but still sore this morning.

I'm back to EE today, although will need to eat a fair bit of fruit to up the SFs.

    B - mushroom omlette
L - smoked salmon & salad sandwich (although no cucumber as DGD ate it all last night!) but I do have some HM pickled beetroot - which is lovely as I done it in cider vinegar instead of malt
D - Fish pasta bake - sauce will be made with stock (and a dash of milk to make it look "right") plus I'll syn some cheese

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns: 20g reduced fat cheese 4; sauce flour 1;

Have a good selection of fruit to pick at during the day. Will probably have a couple of glasses of wine this evening so will go slightly over on syns but not a problem.

You can eat cottage cheese on any day as long as it is fat free/virtually fat free; you'll need to syn it if it's not or if it's flavoured.
