  • Morning you lovely lot, I've had another migraine overnight which has left me feeling yukky today. Think the change in weather has a lot to do with.

So I've just consoled myself with a tuna mayo sandwich from breakfast and a hifi bar - could have been worse but thats 5 syns gone for the day already!!

    Today is EE:

B: tuna mayo sandwich (HEXB bread, 1 for mayo and 1 for spread) hifi bar (3)
l: noodle salad with loads of superfree veg
d: something easy like a jacket spud with beans I think

Hope you're all having a better day than I am so far!!xxx

Well done Shell on the huge loss and on reaching your Interim Target. Sounds as though things are going well at the moment.

Good luck for another good loss this week.

    Question of the day...

If I take the breadcrumbs off the fishfingers are they free (like if you take the batter off the chip shop fish it's free?)

I've got 100's of the things in my freezer...

I'm sure 'plain' fish fingers should be fine. Some oil might have crept in but I'd ignore that just like you can with fish shop fish. They're only 2 syns each with the breadcrumbs on BTW.

My plan for the day. It's either Green as I've put minimal meat in the Bolognese alongside the veg or EE with my HEA shared between milk and cheese. Either way it's the best I can do on what I've had in as I'm not going shopping!

B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
    L: JP with grated cheese
    D: SW Bolognese
    Syns: spread and weekend wine!

I'm off in the morning for a week's holiday. Hopefully back on plan from Sunday week.

    Have a good week everyone.:A

Thanks Maman :D You always have the answers! I thought if I had 2 with the breadcrumbs off, and one with it on that would be yumsome :D The boys are having pizza tonight and I just can't be bothered to cook!

PS I'm saving the other syns for Friday vodka :D:D

    So plan today is:

b: toast, marmite, flora light (.5)
l: Cold Frittata with SF veg, bacon & rice (yes rice, it was okay)
    S: Toffee mullerlight
D: lf (syn free) Supernoodles, fishfingers (batter off but on one 2) mushrooms, pickles, onions peppers
    S: Strawberries AND VODKA :D:D:D
