Sorry to be the bearer of bad news wiz, but you'll have to syn that bacon (or Ryvita or cereal whichever's the lowest).

Oh dear and I was jumping for joy 'cause I thought I knew what to do now. but I was wrong... Again I will have to keep posting in case I get wrong again.
I will change my bacon to beans so no more Syns will that be ok ? And thanks for keeping your eye on me x:).

    Morning folks.

It's been going well so far.

In between days I have used Syns on cider (v. heavy on syns, that!), wine (my tipple from now on, 6 for 175ml) and sushi (sushi v. low on Green!)

Today, going EE (to be honest, I've only had EE Hexes all week, but I've opted for all Green free foods so far as I'm trying to eat more veggie meals):
35g Shreddies HexB and milk HexA - rest in tea
lunch - leftover from last night - lentil dahl (packed out with carrots, onions and tomatoes) and rice, cucumber and mint raita
dinner - grilled sardines and potato wedges, peas

There's a cheese tortellini lurking in the fridge... 3 syns per half pack so saving for the weekend.
    Keep reading books!
    July grocery challenge START: £150.
    total SPENT £127.53, REMAINING £22.37.

    Afternoon

Quick update on my menu today:

B - Fruit and yoghurt (0.5) plus crackers (can't remember if I had two or four - I was eating them as I was working). Going to assume 4 and Syn accordingly

L - Cola chicken, rice and broccoli

D - SW Fish & Chips with mushy peas (2.5)

    Snacks - Muller light toffee

So I make that 9 Syns.

Having a hungry day today so have planned a fabulous pre Christmas lunch and shopping expedition with my Mum and sister-in-law. Always helps to have something to look forward to.

I have to say, I have never felt healthier than I do now. All the fruit, veg and salad is having a really positive effect. Apart from the weight loss, my skin is looking great, a lot of the redness on my face has faded has gone and I swear some wrinkes have reduced. The cellulite on my legs has completely gone (my Mum says I have very forgiving skin) and of course I cycle a lot which I am sure helps. All my IBS type symptoms have gone, my acid reflux has gone, my snoring has lessened and my cholesterol is back down a more sensible number.

I sometimes think I have been so focussed on losing those pounds that I haven't taken stock of the other benefits of this plan. I feel great!

Wiz - if you swap the bacon to beans that will be fine as you're doing a Green day.

Found out at Group today that there is a new B & M Bargains opened nearby so popped in for a quick look after I'd done my shopping. I only had a really quick wizz round it but didn't think anything was particularly cheap but will have a more leisurely look around when I go shopping on Tuesday (will go there before doing my shopping so I don't have to worry about frozen stuff defrosting or fridge stuff getting too warm in the car).

I didn't do too bad at WI this morning just 3lb on since 21 August so averages out as less than lb a week which I'm happy about. Was glad I'd gone to bottom end of target range before my holiday as now I am bang on target again:j.

So I feel I'm in a good place at the moment and if I go a bit off plan I can easily pull it back again as I've that leeway of 3lb either way again.

If anyone likes Branston baked beans Tesco had them at 4 tins for £1.27 this morning when I went in so have bought a couple of packs to put in the (overflow) store cupboard:money:. Will save me a bit in the future.

I don't have much plan to get to a healthy weight, as, in my opinion, it doesn't look nice on me, I've only been that weight before once when I was about 19 and people kept asking if I was anorexic - work even did an intervention :rotfl::rotfl: But I do have another stone to lose :D
