So, it seems I've been doing the old green plan ie 1 HEA and 2 HEB. It's been working for me but just saw a post and noticed that it's 2 of each now. Would like to try it and wondered if anyone could steer me towards a list of As and Bs (presumably the quantities you're allowed are different to the old plan). Also, are the free foods the same as they used to be in terms of quantities or have they changed as well?
Thanks.Start weight 13st10 (on 06/07/14) - 1st Goal 11st9 (by 14/12/14 - 23 weeks)

Does anyone here eat differently/lighter if you know you are weighing in later in the day? Can't think of a worse time to weigh-in than Monday night .
I agree! I get weighed on Friday morning, in my birthday suit and after popping to the bathroom. I try to have a light-ish dinner on Thursday night too, like a stirfry or something.0 -

I've only ever done SW since EE was invented so can't speak for the old plan. I think the rules are no that you can have 'up to' 2 HEAs and HEBs so (naturally;)) people take full advantage.
I don't think it's possible to do links to the lists but I'll look up anything you want to know. Just ask.
My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for teas
L: probably veg and lentil soup and an apple or pearchicken jambalaya (carrots, onions, peas, tomatoes, peppers, rice).
Syns: scrape of spread
I'm really missing having LO veg available for my lunches this week as I was away for the weekend. Generally I start the week with a large bowl from Sunday roast. This week I'm mainly eating from the freezer as we go away on Saturday.0 -

The Green Plan has always been 1 or 2 HEAs and 2 HEBs, don't think it's changed.
There are probably small differences in amounts of some of the HEs compared to the old plan.
There are far too many HEAs and HEBs to list them (and probably a breach of copyright to do so) but if you'd like to post what in particular you wanted to know then someone will come along shortly and let you know how much you can have. Alternatively it might be worth doing a Google search - loads of stuff comes up when you search for specific syns.
HTH.

Just remembered that topgirl wrote up a list a while back. The SW police haven't arrested her yet!

Thanks. I've seen this before but thought it was for EE. I'm working from a 2008 copy of the SW book. Is there only one set of HEAs and HEBs for all the plans now?Start weight 13st10 (on 06/07/14) - 1st Goal 11st9 (by 14/12/14 - 23 weeks)

From what I can see, most of them are similar but you can have extra cheeses (like Brie, Stilton etc) or Fish and Meat as a HEB on Green. Meat and Fish would be free on EE and those type of cheeses would have to be synned.
Obviously you wouldn't be wanting the meat but just ask if you'd like to know about specific cheeses or fish.0 -
1 lb off for me this week.
Was hoping for more - been eating lots of superspeed soup and mushy pea curry but I have the sw constipation again :-(
Going to up my water intake and hope for a good loss next week.
On the plus size I have nearly undone the damage of my holiday.0
