    Afternoon all...

1lb off for me today.. very pleased with that - i had the one day off plan for the wedding so i must have been golden the rest of the time :j

Didn't have the BNS dauphinoise last night as it took too long to cook so had baby potatoes, broccoli and chicken instead.. we are having it tonight, however, i think because i used low fat cream cheese the sauce has split :( we're still eating it, i'm not wasting an hour of cooking :rotfl:

    So todays plan green
    B - banana, yogurt, muesli (2)
L - potato skins, cheese (hea) rocket salad, chilli sauce (2)
    T - BNS dauphinoise(hea), salad, pork (heb x 2)
    S - crisps(4.5) apple, milk in tea (4)

    have a good day xx

The Green Plan has always been 1 or 2 HEAs and 2 HEBs, don't think it's changed.

Back in 2008 when I first followed the plan, it was 1A and 2Bs. I'm still working from that book. It's been working for me so far this time and I'll probably stick to it until a more up to date book comes my way, but it would be nice to be up to date, just in case I'm missing out on something better.

Thanks to everyone who's commented for me.

Shala - How did you make your sauce?

I'm in rubbish form - every breakfast, lunch and dinner at the minute is a total battle. A battle in my head about what I want to be eating i.e Chippy / Crisps / Chinese / and what I should be having.

I can't even have a break and go off it for a day or two as I already did this last week and am now really really struggling to get back on it.

Folks when you are on it and in the zone cling to it for dear life as when you fall off it its so hard to get it back.

  • Hello you lot, just woken up after a brutal migraine overnight so my daily plan is going to be all out of sorts, I've just had a sandwich for my breakfast!:rotfl:

Saver, glad to hear you are feeling better.

I can see some chat about green plan - I am veggie so should really be doing this but I seem to just use the extra HEX's for bread and cheese and I think it slows my weight loss down compared to EE. How do you guys find it, and do you have any tips for me to make it work?

    So today is EE:

B: quorn chicken slice style sandwich (HEXB for bread, 1 syn for salad cream) with salad, fruit and yog
D: Veg rogan josh (2 syns for curry paste) with rice

I have 7 syns to play with, might treat myself to a Fudge later!! Also might have some noodle sald with veg because it is free and I am addicted to it at the moment!! Enjoy the rest of your day everyone xx

    Helllooooo everybody :D

I love cous cous, I just thought I'd share that with you - I'd never really eat it before this diet but mannnnnnnnnn I love cous cous :)

    Anyhooo, as you were ahem...

I'm, yet again finding mid-week with DS' hectic football schedule difficult for meal planning, I've thrown together a chow mein type affair for when we get home tonight - tomorrow, not got a clue...

    B: Toast, flora light (.5) marmite 5 g of peanut butter (1.5)
L: Cous cous :D (veg & chicken) (.5 Ainsley Harriott cous cous half a pack)
    S: Highlights hot choc (2) & 3 Ryvita Rustic bakes (4)
D: Chicken chow mein with loadsa stir fry veg (.5 for dash of sesame oil)
S: Toffee muller light and maybe banana.
That's all my syns used up :D

It really is awful coming out of that focus isn't it.. I hope you can get back to it soon! I wouldn't like to face Mildredd if you don't!

I made the sauce with some veg stock, milk and low fat cream cheese. I followed the instructions (I think) but it didn't like going in the oven as that's when it split :(:(

Has anyone ever had the message that the message could not be posted because the "token has expired?" I've had this message three times tonight now.

Can't be bothered rewriting, so summary only.

Cold still wants fed :( Sorry I've passed it on Mildredd ;)

No idea how many syns I've had but here's the menu.

Breakfast: Rowan Glen 0% fat strawberry yogurt, banana
Lunch: Wetherspoon's chilli noodles with salmon
Snack: Borders Biscuits lemon drizzle (yummy)
Dinner: hexb sandwich with butter (3 syns), roast beef, 2 pickled onions and 5 chips (I did turn down a fish supper :A), strawberries
Supper will be: hexa 2 mini babybel and grapes

No idea about tomorrow - feeling awful, no energy, can't be bothered thinking ahead.

Well done losers, positive vibes heading to others.

    Night.
