  • Morning you lovely lot. Mums birthday today so I will be spending most of it dodging cake and tea with sugar in it! Chippy tea as well, have to go halfys on a fish supper with Gran, the original plan was to pick all the batter off, have half of my half portion of chips and superspeed it up with mushy peas but sod it - I'm having the batter and the chips!! You only live once.

AlthoughI have really tried to up my superspeed this week and I do think it's made a difference, along with my * week bloating finally disappearing. Am even thinking about making a guest appearance at the gym tomorrow!

    Today is EE:

B: baked beans and sliced grilled tomatoes on HEX B toast
L: This will be fish supper as breakfast is late and dinner will be about 4pm
D: doubt I will be hungry but if i am probably just some egg noodles done in soy sauce with chilli and SF veg

Not counting the syns, just whats in the chippy. I have deliberately bought Mum a chocolate cake as she loves it and I can't stand it :rotfl:

Have a great day everyone xxx

Still not feeling up to going shopping but noticed online that Morrisons have strawberry mullerlights at 10 for £3.00 might go tomorrow if I feel better.

Thou its not nice feeling grotty am thinking I can turn it into a positive and take the opportunity to use up what I have in and help the grocery budget, so thinking I will see how long I can go without spending anything, most I have ever managed is 10 days. its day 5 now so will see if I can beat that and use the money saved for a treat later.

So will use up a pack of bacon today

B Bacon, egg, tomatoes and mushrooms (tinned)

L Bacon onion and potato bake

D bacon egg beans and chips

    S ryvita and lct

Think the pears bought last week in asda may be soft enough now, they were a good buy at 57p for bag of five but hard as bullets.

Mrs_Ryan, well done on the clothes shopping :). Sorry you’re feeling off the mark just now.

Lantanna – sorry about your gain, but hang on to that comment about looking fabulous. “Thing is I am just so hungry all the time at the minute - don't know if its this cold or psychological or what but I am. “
10 days in and my cold is still needing fed :(

Denise, sorry you have the cold now too.

Meg, poor you – I know how you feel.

Daisy, hope you’ve recovered from your migraine. Enjoy your fish supper – a birthday only comes round once a year after all ;)

Maman, I like your menu creativity. Enjoy your holiday, it sounds really interesting – I’m jealous!

MupElle- another creative meal maker; well done.

Tazzy, I hope your mum is on the mend.

Yesterday was a lost day. I woke up and realised I must be due to go to hairdresser and I was – in 45 mins and a 30 min drive away! Then I had lunch with my friend – that lasted from 12.30 -4.45!!!! Then I had to go and mind a couple of grandchildren until mum came home (dad had been home), then take one to his swimming lesson, then mind the two as mum was going out, until dad came home again at 9.30. Then I took my other grandson’s 2 jackets back to his house (he’d left them there that afternoon). Then I got home at last at 10.30pm. What a day!

Breakfast (started well): ML strawberry yogurt with strawberries
Lunch (fell apart): fish & chips and peas, cherry bakewell sponge with cream
Snack (at swimming pool): big empire biscuit
Dinner (at 11.00): hexb toast with hexa cheese (& a bit more cheese, I’m sure), Borders lemon drizzle biscuit, twix finger

And I have still have that hungry cold 

I’ve started today with ML raspberry & cranberry yogurt & banana
Not been shopping, so not sure what we’ll have later. We will probably be out at football this afternoon, with a late return home, so prob won’t be in the mood for cooking = poor eating choices.

  • Hi all
Been horrible since Thursday night as 17 yr old DS was rushed in to hospital and I've been with him since after scans and MRI we still don't know what's wrong. I've tried to stay SW been having jackets, beans and salad from canteen and luckily they sell fruit and muller yogs too. Only Suns have been White American costa ( about 4/5 over last few days) don't know if I'm over or not tbh.

Whoooo I met my target (I did set it really low!) How much longer is the challenge Shala, should I change mine? Thanks so much for doing the chart by the way, you're a star!

Annie, I hope your DS is okay  you poor things, I agree with Shala I'm sure diet is the last thing on your mind :(

    Today is/has been:

b: 1 slice of toast, marmite, flora light (1/2), banana
l: Other slice of toast, 2 x poached eggs about 40 g of smoked salmon, mushrooms
S: Two ryvita with a lil bit of hexa philly and wafer thin ham, grapes
D: Baked salmon, SW chips, roast peppers, mushrooms, onions, baby corn, mange tout. lil bit of extra light mayo (1/2)
S: ALL THE VODKA... (oh and I had a choc mini doughnut 3 syns)
    It'll be 14 syns in total, if I have 4 x 15 ml vodkas :D

I have this weird feeling that I'm getting fatter this week, not thinner, I have no reason for this, I must just be a bit bloaty or something...

    Happppppy weekend all y'all :happylove

It was my Mam's 87th birthday on Thursday and we celebrated with kfc (not SW style :o) and chocolate cake. I did add loads of cherry toms with chicken to make it healthy though :p Got straight back on the wagon though and totally agree you only live once.

Hope you have a fab time maman - probably a bit late for wishing you happy hols.

Talking for Mams - hope yours is on the mend now tazzy .

All credit to you Annie for trying to stick to SW at such a worrying time. Hope everything turns out well for DS.

Thanks again for the chart shala - you are doing a fab job. :T Wow 8 stone loss - that's a little person we've lost :rotfl::rotfl:

Well done on the fab losses this week.

Got some control briefs from Lidl this morning (£2.99) in an attempt to firm things up a little - will report back on my findings later. ;)

Might give carrot and corriander soup a go over the weekend.
