Not surprised at gain as not eaten properly this week due to reception kids starting lunches so no proper break for us. Also had evening meetings so no proper evening meals and also eating Late which doesn't agree with me. Can't see it being any better this week either.
Oh well will do my best.

  • Home from hospital late yesterday pm, son is fine, nothing on any tests or scans and all is clear. Relief is simply an understatement.
I had to be strong on SW otherwise I would fold totally and eat everything in sight including contents of several rather unhealthy vending machines, last year I would have folded for sure.
Unsure of damage if any as I've not hopped on my scales. Happy we are home and healthy.
Thank you all for your kind words

Thanks, Saver-upper. Having read about someone stripping the breadcrumbs off fish a day or two ago, can you confirm that the 9.5 is for the fish with its coating please?
    Thanks.

Wasn't going shopping today as still feeling effects of flu bug but lovely neighbour offered a lift. and an arm to lean on, as still quite wobbly. she wanted to go for reduction time and dosent like to go alone, so pleased I said yes as got £37.50 worth of salmon steaks, lemon sole, sardines, mackerel prawns and pork mince for
£7.50, enough for all of Novembers meals (30 meals)

and all more or less syn free.still have to total up what I spent on fruit and veg bur don't think it came to more than £1.50.
