  • Morning you lot, I tried to post on here last night but seem to have forgotten to actually post what I had written! Lovely day yesterday for Mums birthday, I managed to completely dodge the cake and sugary tea and saved the syns for the chippy tea. Had 1/3 of the battered haddock that I shared with gran (it was ENORMOUS) and counted it as 4 syns as I never it ate it all. Had a fritter (which I think is 6 syns but not sure), heaps of mushy peas and 2 pickled onions. Took my time eating it, was full after and didn't miss the chips at all!

Weigh in again on Monday so going to be extra good and full of superspeeds today.

Annie - sending you lots of love, hope your DS feels better soon. You're doing brilliantly to even attempting to be on plan in the situation, sending you lots of hugs and best wishes x

    Today is EE:

b: cooked brekkie - quorn sausages (2 syns), 2 fried eggs done in frylight, beans and toast (hexb) with a nice cup of tea
l: noodle salad with sf veg
d: sw chips with mushy peas and sf salad

This morning is going to be spent with the papers in bed. I should be doing college work but that can wait until later!!

Hope you all have a lovely day xxx

  • Hi,Slimwriter,
9.5 syns each for the fish x

Thanks, Saver-upper. Having read about someone stripping the breadcrumbs off fish a day or two ago, can you confirm that the 9.5 is for the fish with its coating please?
    Thanks.

  • Morning folks :D

Shala - reporting a -1.5lb for this week.
I am happy with this as I'm dosed with that yucky cold/flu like thing and have been swinging between not eating much or eating the wrong things (I've fallen off the no bread wagon in spectacular fashion and had 2 rounds of white bread every day since Tuesday :o - very bad Lauri. Will be back on the no bread wagon from tomorrow). Still feel a bit rubbish and tired tbh but am hoping this shifts in the next few days.

Annie: I hope your DS is ok and the docs get to the bottom of it asap.

Get well soon to everyone else who is dosed with the lurgy at the min
