Igamogam - I have got two completely messed up discs in my back and advanced disc disease. The doctors have been throwing pills at me for 18 years and especially so in the last 18 months. I went to an Osteopath starting about 8 weeks ago. I've dropped from 100 x 30mg codeine tablets a month, to about 12. I am so cross and so relieved at the same time.
I've got a chair at work that looks like a preying mantis but is amazing. Work got in a physio and I ended up with a new layout to my desk, new chair, footstool, wireless keyboard and mouse and allsorts. I do a lot of walking around the office too

Paper mâche pig oh yes I remember it well. Round the balloon, let it dry then pop it. Egg carton section for nose. Can't remember how we did the ears or curly tail. I'm wondering if the legs were more egg carton sections. Lol. :rotfl:OSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10

I remember being very proud of my piggy. It had big blue eyes and long black eyelashes

Not very good at taking pics I'm afraid
HoHum - paneer dish from yesterday, made a yummy filling for wraps! Sometimes have it with buttered chapattis and greek yogurt.
Paneer - boiled 4 pints 1 day over use by milk (unopened), then added white vinegar (didn't have lemon juice) tablespoon at a time until curds separated. Strained through muslin in colander. Rinsed with water to get rid of some of the vinegar. Pressed under pan of water2-3 hours. sliced into chunks stored in fridge. Shallow fried lightly in veggie oil (quicker to deep fry but I don't often do deep frying). can be frozen with or without frying.
Above, Fried onions in olive oil, + ginger, garlic, chilli, teasp. turmeric, teasp. masala mix, salt + chopped peppers ( can also use peas), then add paneer and heat through for 10-15 mins.
All "ish" - am not good at following recipes and tend not to measure/weigh things except when baking cakes!
Have fun:)

Hey Puzz ......YESSSSSS!!!!!:) will start tomorrow too.
I need some motivation - am struggling to even think about it! and instead of losing have put on since I posted in my signatureGranny's fault;) - earlier on everything she was losing I was putting on - but then I think she redirected her pounds to her OH, since then I haven't put extra on but haven't lost any either....
First think will be to cut down on tea - cant drink it without sugar
I like Noah - I said earlier in my thread that I liked everyone shortening it to NOA because Noah saved himself and his family and all the animals too, and I liked that

Mars Bars are mine
am pretty good on the alcohol front now - love cheese and wine but actually only drink occasionally now - mostly only when in company (social - not just DH!)

Oooh good luck on your challenge Puzz & NOA - wish I had the willpower but I don't so am off shortly to eat rice pudding.
I am 5'5 and weigh 11 stone 3lbs  but I carry it very well and people never believe me when I say how much I weigh. Some have even resorted to putting me on their scales which is slightly embarrassing. "oh you really ARE fat!"
My downfall is chocolate, and snacking at work. I can basically eat my bodyweight in food at work. I lose lbs over the week up to my 3 full time days, then put it all back on there. I changed chocolate for carrots but ended up eating 3-4 carrots a day and annoying people with my crunching. I have cut right down on sugar in my tea and coffee though. I have half a sugar in my tea now and none in coffee when I used to have 2 in each. I find soya milk stops coffee being as bitter so less need for sugar, and tea was a painstaking drop from 2 to 1.5 to 1 and so on. I drink it black. I was drinking 60 spoons of sugar a week:o:o
At least I do not drink or smoke, or I would be a mess... Lol.
Hugs all round! xx
