My sil has just had her sixth at 30.0

Many people do not know that the Motability scheme costs the taxpayer/country nothing over and above the cost of HRM DLA. The scheme is administered as a charity and is independent of the government.
In the case of someone i know who is committing fraud to get a Motability car, then yes it does cost the tax payer/country.
There are many more thousands out there doing the same, but i do agree that the honest ones do not cost the tax payer/country any extra.0
