Evening! I did my work out, I was dripping in sweat when I was done! Exhausted!

Stuffed mushrooms and wedges for dinner. No alcohol. Yay me!

Freyasmum - well done on the trousers. A non scale victory!

woooo managed W9R2 of C25k this am, thought i was going to struggle because of yesterday's work out, but I was fine! tomorrow is arms and abs.... I have no upper body strength and it involves 2 types of push up eeek!

Stuffed mushroom for breakfast, minestrone soup for lunch and dinner tonight I think will be stirfry.

I'm gonna invest in some weights, a medicine ball and new work out gear this month I think.

    Morning,

Got new bathroom scales - should arrive tomorrow :)

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00G15O1QM/ref=sr_ph?ie=UTF8&qid=1409646217&sr=1&keywords=bathroom+scales

I got a nice big proper ones like at doctors at home but... it is mechanical and frankly I can not see properly on this one as it got line dividers for both kg and lb and there is just too many of them to see accurately..

Off to gym after work today - first time :)

Stir fry was tasty - Hubs doesn't seem to keen on this whole vegan diet, but it supportive of my choices and as i do the cooking doesn't want to complain too much!!

Hope everyone has had a good day, I'm shattered! Hubs is out so I'm just about to settle down with a good book :-)

Thanks for link, water is my downfall, i just don't drink enough of it!!

I just completed my 'abs and arms' work out, it was tough, my arms feel like jelly now, feels good though.

I said I wasn't going to, but I weighed in today and I have lost just under 2lbs since last week, wahoo!! I'm also going to start taking measurements, so i don't just rely on the scales.

Mushrooms are cooking for breakfast, minestrone soup again for lunch, dinner tonight is a pea and mint risotto. I tried vegan chocolate yesterday - delicious!! but 85p for 20 grams means it's definitely just a treat food!

I am exhausted. I can't wait for my rest day on Sunday! Completed C25K today!

I can really feel yesterday's workout in my abs and arms.

Food today is porridge, leftover risotto then jacket potato and beans.

    Have a good day all!
