oo have a lovely weekend! Hope it all clams down a bit!

I did my workout this morning, today was a full body one and tough. But i did it! Day one of 10k training tomorrow and then Sunday I can rest!!

Tonight is a treat night, I'm having chips from the chippy for dinner
:-) I am also driving to the pub so no drinks for me (work tomorrow so must be sensible!)

I shall check in again tomorrow, I know it's early days, but i feel so much better in myself, I don't know if its down to the vegan diet, or the exercise, but I'm feeling great.

Got a food shop arriving tomorrow, Ocado do a huge vegan range, so excited to see how they taste!

I just ran 4.10 miles!! Wahooo!! I'll be up to 10k in no time :-)

Had a food shop delivered yesterday, lots of vegan yumminess has arrived.
Will probably make a soup for us to have in the week, a mexican style bean one i think.

Hopefully I can now spend the rest of the day on the sofa :-) Week 2 of workouts starts tomorrow, looking forward to it.

Did you brav the scales? Today is a new day so don't dwell on the bad ones!

Week2 of circuits today. Super tired now, and have to get up for a run tomorrow. I'll weigh in on weds to see if there is any loss!

I am still drinking too much but I have cut down massively so if I keep cutting down maybe I'll eventually stop.

If you ate lots of salty foods you might find it's just water retention and you'll lose it again quickly, don't let one slip up lead you astray from your goals!

Did not managed to do arms and abs this AMl, my landlady is in the country and I'm stressing out about that. I'm always convinced she's going to evict me and I can't afford to live anywhere else!

Anywahoo. weighed in today, I have lost 1lb from last week yay!

Gone off porridge for breakfast but haven't got anything we can have instead, need to buy bread so toast is an option.

Thinking of a bean chilli for dinner tonight, have lots of peppers that need using up so will make extra to freeze.

I sympathise with the bad weekend :o Need to get back on track myself!

I've been walking around the days that ive been off - and walking twice around my work which is 2 miles.

Need to get back to the gym more though!

I'm still loving my breakfast smoothie.

I didn't work out yesterday I just didn't have the energy. Ran this morning though, completed Week 1 of my 10k training.

I am loving running, and the cardio/leg work outs, arms and abs not so much, but I shall persevere.

Need to make some more soups for lunch, even though it's within my calories the amount of peanut butter i eat can't be healthy!!
  • I am backkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk - sorryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

    Where do I start?

    Me bad.

Food - no problem, Happy with juices/smoothies and light food.

Snacks - oh dear... Myself do not buy anything as do not want to be tempted but while at work.....oh dear oh dear... girl from my office and her multipacks of chocolaty stuff - and she loves to share... sighhhhh

Still drinking my water (overnight in the fridge with mint, cucumber, lemon, ginger) - love it actually.

Forget Abel Cole or Riverford or whatever other "boxes" - do not last, very little for what you pay etc etc.

Got Asda delivery today - need a bigger fridge. Or 2 extra fridges. Sighhhhhh All green (not organic :( ) and will be juiced/smoothied/made into soups/frozen or.....

Bough a food dehydrator today - dont ask. Has not arrived yet. Will see.

    Reading here:

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/food/article-2436052/Is-gadget-make-kids-eat-day-Food-dehydrator-claims-turn-fruit-veg-irresistible-snacks.html

I bought this one as it is square rather than round and looking at comments people complain about round ones as not easy to put the layers of stuff onto those ( would never think about it myself from this angle)

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00FF97SJ2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Also bought the Soyabella nut/soya milk maker. Waiting for delivery. Ordered hazelnuts. almonds. soya. Oh dear.....

Unpacked the rest of Asda (non fresh stuff). Added 5 tins of sundried tomatoes to the other 38745975686 tins I already had at home.

Perhaps I should check what I have at home before buying more? Scratching head - i REALLY have no time buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

Just looked at my post - I am clearly on the wrong forum as I am so NOT MSE.....

    Sighhhhhh

    How is everyone else doing????

Re soups - if you are after ready ones ( no time like me) - check the Covent Garden range, they are lovely and available in most supermarkets.

I make soups at home - when I have time.. and freeze them. And take them frozen to work - easier to carry and no spills.

    xx
