My skin on my face has always been fine. My arms, however are another story
They get red bumps which I need to keep exfoliating and moisturising to keep on top of. Well I haven't had time to do that recently and I just noticed today that my arms are completely clear! I'm putting this down to my green smoothies0 -
I was quite naughty yesterday, but oh well, one bad day didn't make me fat and one good day won't make me skinny!
Run planned for tomorrow and a full body work out too I think.
Don't give up people, this is a long journey and there will be a few bumps along the way. In general I feel just so much healthier and better about myself, that's spurring me on.0 -
Cleaned up the whole flat (ok, cheated a bit, got help LOL) and sorted out kitchen cupboards...
Oh dear.... if all shops close tomorrow for a month

I just ran nearly 5 miles!! Wahoo! It was tough, but so worth it.
Need to work on my eating again, keep letting it slip. Have just made a huge pot of vegetable soup and a sweet potato and lentil curry for dinner.
Not much else planned today, housework, and chilling.0 -
