I've never had it roasted whole, but I love roasted cauliflower
I couldn't stop eating yesterday, was picking all day. To be fair, the only bad thing was the two tiny milky ways.
Having a better day today!0 -

What a brilliant idea for an alternative sunday roast. My vegetarian parents would love that, might just have to cook it for them!0 -
After some thought, I'm going to do a raw diet for the (at least) next 30 days. At the very least, I'll be raw till 4
Breakfasts will be green smoothies with avocado, cucumber, spinach, banana, frozen berries and coconut water. At the beginning of October, I'll be doing some of the smoothies from the green smoothie website as well.
Not a clue what lunches and dinners will be yet :rotfl:
p.s. I'll still need to have a few cuppas to start withit's organic, decaffeinated tea though.

I do eat a good proportion raw already, but feel this can always be improved.

I used to hate my 10 finishes - you have my full sympathies
So yesterday I managed raw... Then I for to mums to pick up my daughter and shed made lentil soup - for me! Was delish :A
Today I'm having the not exactly raw breakfast of sprouted seeds, smoked beetroot, cucumber, plum tomatoes and a handful of cashew nuts. Some remnants that needed using up. Not entirely raw, but better than a) letting them spoil and b) grabbing something at work.0 -
re lentil soup - try this one, wonderful.. (i do nto blend it though, have it as it comes minus the blending)

Right, back in the frame!!
sorry I have been absent but I am finally in the position that I can get on the wagon properly!!
Monday is my proper official start date and I am going to do this over a period of three months. I will finish at Solstice.I want to feel healthy and fit, lose at least one dress size and tighten up that which gravity has begun to claim!!:rotfl:
I am going to spend the rest of this weekend working out what detox food I can put together with what I have in the house then meal plan these from Monday onwards until I run out. I am going to drink two litres of water a day, cut out the alcohol (birthdays and pre-arranged engagements being the exception) and cut down smoking. From the following Monday, I am going onto a full detox for a month and cutting all toxins from my diet and life. I am going to exercise at least five times a week - walking the dogs, deep-clean housework, yoga and wii fit stuff will all feature - plus I will meditate for at least half an hour a day to keep me focused.
And I will post every day on my progress and cheer you on through your mission.....promise!!Mortgage 12.12.12 £55842 12.12.13 £42716 14.12.14 £28837 13.12.15 £25913
Mortgage OP £50/£600 House Fund £420/£50000
