Busy busy - signed up for some evening classes and getting home at insane o'clock....hmmmmmm
Food under control.
Exercise - zero, me badddddddddddddddddd
Smoking no changes....
Drinking my water with ginger lemon mint and cucumber - feel lost without it.
mking almond and hazelnut milk - love it. Soya milk - tried making once and bleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee hated the taste. Funny as used to buy ready soya milk for my tea/coffee and it was ok.
Bought oats milk - yummyyyy with tea. Will try to look up how to make it and make at weekend.
Really want to make that cauliflower - plan for the weekend
How is everyone doing?

I have worked out 3 times since saturday, feeling happy about that considering I have done nothing the 2 weeks prior.
Food - could be better, but I'm focusing on exercise and not drinking so will not worry too much about my eating - it's veggie and we don't eat cheese so I can't go too off the rails anyway!
Day 1 of Octsober yesterday, working out in the evening certainly helped. Today will be easy as have exams tomorrow (ARGH) so don't want to drink.
Toast for breakfast, will have eggs for lunch I think, dinner is a veggie chilli and rice that I prepped yesterday.0 -
I've lost 4lbs in less than a week :j
I know it's water, but it's still a heck of a boost
I've been doing well with my raw till 4. I would like to go completely raw for a period of time though. I've rediscovered aldi and lidl - have been eating whole melons for breakfast or pineapples as they're only 59p there - that's insane!!
I've still not done proper running since I hurt my ankle but I intend to get out at the weekend. I added 15kg when I was doing dead lifts earlier which I was do chuffed for. And 10kg for squats. I had no grip strength left :rotfl:0 -
Gonzo - wow re exercise.. well done
Freyasmum - wohoooooooooooooooooooooooo nice one, congratulations0 -
I've found myself looking for my smoothie/salad if I don't have it when I get up.
I've also found myseld not wanting chocolate/biscuits so much. If i want something sweet - the junk just doesnt cut it anymore :dance:0 -
Just checking in...
