    That would be me :hello:

I'm fast approaching a big birthday... ad am doing everything in my power not to look it :rotfl: I want to be fit and healthy.

I'm going to the gym and lifting weights. I'm also running (although not this week as I've sprained/strained my ankle.

I've switched to having salad for breakfast and I love it... I'm so tempted to buy a nutribullet though :A

    Hi Freyasmum :)

Welcome to OUR diary/motivation/kick in the backside xx

Do not buy nutribullet - get the Breville baby - it is only £20.00 or so on Amazon, great little gadget - photo/linked on page 1 if I remember right...

Why do you want to spend £100 on nutribullet?

Saying that - I am tempted to but the milk maker.. will post a link when I find it LOL

    Thank you :D xx

I have heard good things... and was watching ideal world while waiting for along came a spider to come on and I'm a sucker for things like that :o

I have a magimix AND hand blender already, I don't need one... but I want it.
  • I have a nutribullet, i bought it when it was on offer at IdealWorld for £89.99 + £1.99 postage. I'm really pleased with it and didn't know about the breville baby till I saw the picture in an earlier post otherwise I probably would of bought one of those instead, well it's too late now and I do really like the bullet. I've made almond & hazelnut milk with it and I keep the solids to make flour.

Well todays long walk with the dogs I planned didn't happen, I opened the front door, the dogs took one look at the rain and refused to go out! oh well there's always tomorrow.

Eating wise things started well with a spinach, fruit & nut smoothie for breakfast but then a piece of coffee cake jumped into my mouth at lunch time

    Morning all!

Food shop arrived last night ready for the vegan transition, SO much colour in the fridge now! Going to spend tomorrow cooking soups once I've gone for my run and done my exercise routine.

Ended up going out last night, drank 4 pints and we ordered a pizza!! But, i have been super good about snaking, and i wanted one last pizza while i can still eat cheese! It was fun though, I haven't been out in a month, and probably won't go out again til October as I have exams to study for on top of work.

Taking it super easy today, I'm actually locked in my flat as my downstairs neighbour is sanding and varnishing our communal hall so I can't get out!

Not eaten yet today, I really struggle when I haven't meal planned, so going to sit down and do that for this week too.

    Have a lovely weekend all!!

    Just ordered this....

    Choosing-Raw-600-wide.jpg

Only had coffee today as trying to clean up the flat (jezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz).

Actually just realised that had no tea/coffee for a week now so caffeine intake down to zero.. hmmmmm interesting as never thought I could do without.

Still thinking about that milk maker but will sit on this for a while.

Interesting though about soya beans being GM (well, most of them anyway) and I have been on soya milk for ages now. So unless I can get no GM soya beans - will be sticking to nut meat now.

Sooo that milk maker... ermmmm not very MSE but I am with Freyasmum on this like "I do not need it but I want it" :)

Tony Macaroni do pizzas without cheese. Just incase you ever fancy a pizza, am sure some places would allow you to take in a cheese substitute and put it on the pizza

Vegusto do some lovely fake cheeses.
